Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi produksi di Industri kecil Konveksi Jurang Mangu Kecamatan Pondok Aren Kota Tangerang Selatan. Waktu penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Juni sampai dengan Agustus 2022. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian Deskriptif Kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis faktor. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh pemilik industri kecil konveksi Jurang Mangu, yaitu berjumlah 54 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini melalui wawancara langsung ke lapangan dengan menggunakan kuesioner tertutup. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis faktor. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan lima faktor yang diteliti yaitu tenaga kerja, modal, bahan baku, pemasaran, dan transportasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produksi konveksi di Kampung Industri Kecil Konveksi adalah faktor tenaga kerja yaitu dengan nilai 71,927%. Hal ini disebabkan karena di Kampung Industri Kecil Konveksi memiliki sedikit tenaga kerja yang hanya berasal dari keluarga terdekat dan tetangga sekitar. Semakin sedikit tenaga kerja semakin menurun produksi konveksinya. Para pemilik industri kecil konveksi sebelumnya memiliki tenaga kerja lebih dari 7 orang dan sekarang kurang dari 5 orang, hal ini disebabkan banyaknya tenaga kerja yang memilih untuk membuka usaha di daerah asalanya. Produksinya yang sebelumnya bisa memproduksi lebih dari 5 kodi sehari sekarang hanya bisa memproduksi 3 kodi dalam sehari. ******** This study aims to determine what factors influence production in the Jurang Mangu Convection Small Industry, Pondok Aren District, South Tangerang City. When this research was carried out from June to August 2022. This research method uses a quantitative descriptive research method using factor analysis. The population and sample in this study were all owners of the Jurang Mangu convection small industry, which amounted to 54 respondents. This research data collection technique through direct interviews to the field using a closed questionnaire. Data analysis techniques in this study using factor analysis techniques. In this study, five factors were examined, namely labor, capital, raw materials, marketing, and transportation. The results of this study indicate that the factors that influence convection production in the Convection Small Industry Village are the labor factor, namely with a value of 71.927%. This is because the Convection Small Industrial Village has a small workforce that only comes from the closest family and neighbors. The fewer workers, the less convection production. The owners of small convection industries previously had a workforce of more than 7 people and now less than 5 people, this is due to the large number of workers choosing to open businesses in their areas of origin. Production which previously could produce more than 5 scores a day now can only produce 3 scores a day.
