Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui informasi, menjelaskan dan menggambarkan mengenai studi deskriptif pengelolaan Taman Baca Masyarakat (TBM) Lentera Pustaka di Desa Sukaluyu Kabupaten Bogor. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data dari penelitian ini diperoleh dari hasil observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Subjek pada penelitian ini diantaranya pendiri dan kepala program TBM Lentera Pustaka, wali baca TBM Lentera Pustaka, relawan TBM Lentera Pustaka, dan pengunjung TBM Lentera Pustaka.. Hasil dari penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa TBM Lentera Pustaka mengelola kegiatan-kegiatan yang dikemas dengan baik dan edukatif sehingga terpilih menjadi kampung literasi, dan memperoleh penghargaan lainnya. TBM Lentera Pustaka memiliki peran dan andil yang besar untuk memajukkan literasi. Pengelolaan di TBM meliputi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, persiapan, penggerakkan, melaksanakan kerjasama, menjalin hubungan yang baik, pengawasan, evaluasi, pelaporan. ***** This research aims to find out information, explain and describe a descriptive study of Lentera Pustaka Community Reading Gardens (TBM) management in Sukaluyu Village Bogor Regency. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The data from this study were obtained from observations, interviews and documentation. The subjects of this research include the founder and head of program TBM Lentera Pustaka, reading trustees of TBM Lentera Pustaka, volunteers of TBM Lentera Pustaka, and visitors of TBM Lentera Pustaka. The results of this study explain that TBM Lentera Pustaka manages well-packaged and educative activities so that it was selected as a literacy village, and received other awards. TBM Lentera Pustaka has a big role and contribution to advancing literacy. Management at TBM includes planning, organizing, preparing, activating, carrying out cooperation, establishing good relations, monitoring, evaluating, reporting.
