Abstract

Sistem pendidikan vokasi saat ini memiliki peran yang sangat penting bagi terwujudnya tenaga kerja yang terampil dan siap pakai di dunia industri. Pemanfaatan TIK (Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi) dalam proses pembelajaran dan kemampuan siswa dalam memecahkan masalah saat ini menjadi keharusan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan pembelajaran di Abad 21. Untuk itu diperlukan model pembelajaran yang mengintegrasikan keterampilan pemecahan masalah, berpikir kreatif, dan penguasaan teknologi. Berdasarkan kebutuhan tersebut, penelitian ini akan mengembangkan model pembelajaran blended learning dengan pendekatan problem base learning yang layak dan efektif digunakan di Poltekkes Kemenkes Manado. Dalam mewujudkan model pembelajaran ini, penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan model penelitian Integrated Learning Design Framework (ILDF). Tahapan model ILDF meliputi eksplorasi, penyusunan (enactment) dan evaluasi. Produk penelitian ini menghasilkan RPS Daring, rancangan model blended learning dengan pendekatan problem base learning, dan LMS Moodle yang dapat diakses melalui https://onlinecerdaslab.learningcentreindonesia.com. Sebagai evaluasi dilakukan uji kelayakan produk melalui penilaian ahli desain, ahli media dan ahli materi. Saran dan masukan dari para ahli ini sangat berguna untuk proses perbaikan dan penyempurnaan produk sebelum dilakukan uji coba kepada target pengguna. Selanjutnya uji coba dilakukan kepada mahasiswa Prodi D3 Poltekkes Kemenkes Manado dengan melakukan uji one to one dan small group. Revisi produk dilakukan sesuai saran dan masukan dari uji one to one dan small group sampai produk dinilai “Layak” untuk digunakan. Dan terakhir dilakukan uji efektivitas dengan melakukan tes sebelum (pre-test) dan tes setelah (post test) penggunaan produk pengembangan pembelajaran. Uji efektifitas ini dihitung dengan menggunakan N-Gain Score. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pengembangan blended learning pada mata kuliah praktek pengendalian mutu laboratorium dengan pendekatan problem base learning bagi mahasiswa Poltekkes Kemenkes Manado layak dan efektif untuk digunakan. Utilization of ICT (Information and Communication Technology) in the learning process and students' ability to solve current problems is a must in meeting learning needs in the 21st Century. For this reason, a learning model is needed that integrates problem solving skills, creative thinking, and mastery of technology. Based on these needs, this research will develop a blended learning learning model with a problem-based learning approach that is appropriate and effective for use at the Manado Ministry of Health Polytechnic. In realizing this learning model, research was conducted using the Integrated Learning Design Framework (ILDF) research model. The stages of the ILDF model include exploration, enactment and evaluation. The product of this research resulted in an online lesson plan, a blended learning model design with a problem base learning approach, and an LMS Moodle which can be accessed via https://onlinecerdaslab.learningcentreindonesia.com.The product feasibility test is carried out through the assessment of learning design experts, media experts and material experts. After the product meets eligibility, it will be tested on users, namely D3 Study Program students at the Manado Ministry of Health Polytechnic through one to one and small group tests. After the results of the trial, the effectiveness test was carried out. The effectiveness test is carried out through a pre-test and post-test using the developed product which is calculated using the N-Gain Score. The conclusion of this study is that the development of blended learning in laboratory quality control practice courses with a problem-based learning approach for students of the Manado Ministry of Health Poltekkes is considered feasible and effective to use.
