Abstract

Fefi Yuliani, Program Keluarga Harapan dalam Meningkatkan Partisipasi Pendidikan di Kelurahan Palmerah, Jakarta Barat. Skripsi. Jakarta: Program Studi Pendidikan Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial, Fakultas Ilmu Sosial, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, Februari 2023. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan Program Keluarga Harapan dalam meningkatkan partisipasi pendidikan di Kelurahan Palmerah, Kecamatan Palmerah, Jakarta Barat. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kelurahan Palmerah, Kecamatan Palmerah, Kota Jakarta Barat selama empat bulan dari Agustus sampai November 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif. Responden penelitian berjumlah 118 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, observasi dan dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh selanjutnya dianalisis melalui tahap pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa Program Keluarga Harapan dalam meningkatkan partisipasi pendidikan di Kelurahan Palmerah, Jakarta Barat berdasarkan lima indikator Teori Efektivitas Campbell J.P menurut frekuensi responden terbanyak atau 85 responden atau 72,03% memperoleh kategori “Sangat Baik”. Hasil penelitian ini disarankan untuk menjadi salah satu bahan literatur agar pelaksanaan Program Keluarga Harapan komponen pendidikan di Kelurahan Palmerah, Jakarta Barat dapat terus berjalan secara optimal. The purpose of this study was to describe the Family Hope Program in increasing education participation in Kelurahan Palmerah, Palmerah District, West Jakarta. This research was conducted in Kelurahan Palmerah, Palmerah District, West Jakarta City for four months from August to November 2022. This research used a descriptive research method. This research used 118 people as a responden sample. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, observation and documentation. The data obtained was then analyzed through the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study concluded that the Family Hope Program in increasing education participation in Kelurahan Palmerah, West Jakarta was based on the five indicators of Campbell J.P's Theory of Effectiveness according to the highest frequency of respondents or 85 respondents or 72.03% obtaining the "Very Good" category. The results of this study are suggested to become one of the literature materials so that the implementation of the Family Hope Program education component in the Palmerah Village, West Jakarta can continue to run optimally.
