Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Praktik Kerja Lapangan, Efikasi Diri, dan Lingkungan Keluarga Terhadap Kesiapan Kerja Siswa SMK Negeri 40 Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah siswa SMK Negeri 40 Jakarta berjumlah 196 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik proportionate stratified random sampling dengan rumus Slovin dengan akurasi tingkat kesulitan 5% sehingga sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 132 siswa. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan SEM PLS (Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares) yang dihitung menggunakan software SmartPLS 4.0. Kemudian teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari analisis model pengukuran, analisis model struktural, dan pengujian hipotesis pengaruh langsung. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa terdapat pengaruh langsung yang positif dan signifikan secara bersama-sama antara Praktik Kerja Lapangan, Efikasi Diri, dan Lingkungan Keluarga Terhadap Kesiapan Kerja Kata Kunci: Praktik Kerja Lapangan, Efikasi Diri, Lingkungan Keluarga, Kesiapan Kerja *** The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of field work practice, self-efficacy, and family environment on the work readiness of students at SMK Negeri 40 Jakarta. The research method used in this study is a survey method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 196 students at SMK Negeri 40 Jakarta. The sampling technique used a proportionate stratified random sampling technique with the Slovin formula with an accuracy of 5% difficulty level so that the sample in this study totaled 132 students. The data analysis technique used in this study uses SEM PLS (Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares) which is calculated using SmartPLS 4.0 software. Then the data analysis techniques used in this study consisted of measurement model analysis, structural model analysis, and direct effect hypothesis testing. The results of this study are that there is a positive and significant direct effect jointly between Field Work Practices, Self-Efficacy, and Family Environment on Work Readiness Keywords: Field Work Practices, Self-Efficacy, Family Environment, Job Readiness
