Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan persepsi masyarakat terhadap aktivitas pabrik tahu Sentra di Kelurahan Utan Kayu Utara. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subjek Penelitian ini adalah masyarakat RT 14 di Kelurahan Utan Kayu Utara dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui angket atau kuesioner, wawanacara, studi kepustakaan dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini dengan pendekatan secara kuantatif dengan data yang bersumber dari data primer yang kemudian dianalisis dan diukur. Pada penelitian ini akan melakukan analisis dengan menggunakan distribusi frekuensi relatif. Berdasarkan Analisa data yang sudah dilakukan, dapat diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan persepsi masyarakat dalam aspek kognitif atau pengetahuan dan pemahaman masyarkat terhadap pabrik tahu Sentra dalam kategori baik, pada aspek afektif atau perasaan individu masyarakat menunjukkan persepsi masyarakat dalam kategori baik. Dan pada aspek konatif atau tingkah laku atau cara bersikap masyarakat sekitar pabrik tahu Sentra dalam kategori baik. ***** This study aims to determine and describe people's perceptions of Sentra's tofu factory activities in Utan Kayu Utara Village. The research method used is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The subjects of this study were the people of RT 14 in Utan Kayu Utara Village using data collection techniques through questionnaires, interviews, literature studies and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this study is a quantitative approach with data sourced from primary data which is then analyzed and measured. In this study will do the analysis using the relative frequency distribution. Based on the analysis of the data that has been done, it can be concluded that the results of this study indicate that people's perceptions in the cognitive or knowledge aspect and people's understanding of the Sentra tofu factory are in the good category, in the affective aspect or individual feelings of the community it shows that people's perceptions are in the good category. And on the conative aspect or behavior or way of behaving the people around the Sentra tofu factory are in the good category.
