Abstract

Minat dapat diartikan sebagai rasa keinginan yang kuat pada diri seseorang untuk mencapai suatu hal yang dianggap sesuai dengan kebutuhan maupun keinginannya. Minat untuk melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi merupakan rasa ketertarikan peserta didik untuk melanjutkan pendidikan guna memenuhi kebutuhannya akan pendidikan yang berkembang di dalam diri. Minat melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi dapat dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor, antara lain prestasi belajar dan pendapatan orang tua. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung antara Prestasi Belajar dan Pendapatan Orang Tua terhadap Minat Melanjutkan Pendidikan ke Perguruan Tinggi pada Siswa Kelas XII SMK Negeri 49 Jakarta Tahun Ajaran 2022/2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan melalui analisis statistik regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan program IBM SPSS 22.0. Sampel dalam penelitian ini ditentukan dengan teknik proportionate stratified sampling dimana untuk menentukan jumlah sampelnya menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan tingkat kesalahan 5% sehingga diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 163 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan dokumentasi untuk variaebel X1 dan X2 serta pengisian angket untuk variabel Y.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hasil persamaan analisis regresi linear berganda yaitu Y = -4,561+ (1,084X1) + (1,284X2). Hasil uji F menunjukkan nilai Fhitung 18.834 > Ftabel 3.05. Kemudian hasil uji T menunjukkan bahwa pada variabel X1 memperoleh nilai Thitung 3.708 > Ttabel 1.975 dan pada variabel X2 memperoleh nilai Thitung 3.708 > Ttabel 1.975. Pada hasil penelitian tersebut, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Prestasi Belajar dan Pendapatan Orang Tua berpengaruh langsung secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Melanjutkan Pendidikan ke Perguruan Tinggi. Kemudian hasil perhitungan koefisien determinasi (R2 ) memperoleh nilai 19.1% dan sisa persentase sebesar 80.9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti pada penelitian ini. *** Interest can be interpreted as a strong sense of desire in a person to achieve something that is considered in accordance with their needs and desires. Interest in continuing education to college is a sense of interest in students to continue their education to fulfil their needs for education that develops within themselves. Interest in continuing education to college can be influenced by many factors, including learning achievement and parental income. This study aims to determine the direct influence between Learning Achievement and Parents' Income on Interest in Continuing Education to College for Class XII Students of SMK Negeri 49 Jakarta in the 2022/2023 Academic Year. This study uses a quantitative approach through multiple linear regression statistical analysis with the help of the IBM SPSS 22.0 programme. The sample in this study was determined using proportionate stratified sampling technique where to determine the number of samples using the Slovin formula with an error rate of 5% so that a sample size of 163 students was obtained. The data collection technique in this study used documentation for variables X1 and X2 and questionnaire filling for variable Y. The results showed the results of the multiple linear regression analysis equation, namely Y = -4.561 + (1.084X1) + (1.284X2). The F test results show the Fcount value of 18.834 > Ftable 3.05. Then the T test results show that the X1 variable obtained a Tcount value of 3.708 > Ttable 1.975 and the X2 variable obtained a Tcount value of 3.708 > Ttable 1.975. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that Learning Achievement and Parents' Income have a direct positive and significant effect on Interest in Continuing Education to College. Then the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2 ) obtained a value of 19.1% and the remaining percentage of 80.9% was influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
