Abstract

Anisa Yunitasari, Eksistensi Komunitas Keturunan Portugis Di Daerah Kampung Tugu Jakarta Tahun 1976-2011. Skripsi. Jakarta: Program Studi Pendidikan Sejarah, Fakultas Ilmu Sosial, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, 2023. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan eksistensi dari komunitas keturunan Portugis yang ada di Kampung Tugu setelah dibentuknya Ikatan Keluarga Besar Tugu (IKBT) tahun 1976 sampai dimasukkannya desa Tugu ke dalam 12 jalur destinasi wisata pesisir Jakarta Utara tahun 2011. Penulisan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh terjadinya pembauran dengan masyarakat luar sehingga memudarnya identitas dan kebudayaan orang Tugu, serta upaya untuk melestarikan kebudayaan yang ada di Kampung Tugu. Penulisan ini menggunakan metode penelitian sejarah historis dengan pendekatan deskriptif naratif untuk menjelaskan bagaimana eksistensi dari para keturunan Portugis di Kampung Tugu. Dengan menunjukkan tahapan penelitian seperti pemilihan topik, Heuristik, Verifikasi, Interpretasi, dan Historiografi. Sementara pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini di dapat dari arsip, buku, artikel, jurnal, serta wawancara narasumber yang berkaitan dengan topik penelitian. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa eksistensi dari para keturunan Portugis di Kampung Tugu ini masih tetap terjaga, mereka tergabung dalam suatu komunitas kekeluargaan yang bernama Ikatan Keluarga Besar Tugu (IKBT), dipersatukan atas identitas yang sama dan berusaha untuk mempertahankan keberadaan serta keturunan fam/marga mereka agar bisa terus berlanjut serta berusaha melestarikan kebudayaan yaitu dengan masih mengadakan pesta adat Rabo-Rabo dan Mande- Mande, serta memperkenalkan musik keroncong Tugu kepada masyarakat luas. This research aims to explain the existence of the Portuguese descendant community in Kampung Tugu after the formation of the Tugu Big Family Association (IKBT) in 1976 until the inclusion of Tugu village in the 12 coastal tourist destinations of North Jakarta in 2011. This writing is motivated by the occurrence of assimilation with outside communities so that the identity and culture of the Tugu people fade, as well as efforts to preserve the culture that exists in Kampung Tugu. This writing uses a historical research method with a descriptive narrative approach to explain how the existence of Portuguese descendants in Kampung Tugu. By showing research stages such as topic selection, Heuristics, Verification, Interpretation, and Historiography. Meanwhile, data collection in this study can be obtained from archives, books, articles, journals, and interviews with sources related to the research topic. This research concludes that the existence of Portuguese descendants in Kampung Tugu is still maintained, they are members of a family community called the Tugu Big Family Association (IKBT), united by the same identity and trying to maintain the existence and descent of their family so that it can continue and try to preserve the culture, namely by still holding Rabo-Rabo and Mande-Mande traditional parties and introducing Tugu keroncong music to the wider community.
