Abstract

Sistem infomasi yang berkembang saat ini sejalan dengan kebutuhan manusia akan informasi. Kesuksesan sistem informasi bisa dilihat dari beberapa hal seperti seberapa bagus kualitas sistem, bagaimana tingkat penggunaannya, informasi yang diberikan, dan kepuasan pengguna. Secara umum website dibangun menggunakan komputer konvensional, sehingga masalah kompabilitas kadang terjadi dengan perangkat yang digunakan untuk mengakses oleh pengguna. Penelitian ini akan mengadopsi model kesuksesan sistem informasi Delone dan McLean 2003 untuk mengukur faktor kesuksesan SIAKAD dari pandangan penggunanya, dan memodifikasi model. Dari hasil analisis dengan total 109 responden mahasiswa menggunakan penghitungan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), variabel kualitas informasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna SIAKAD Universitas Negeri Jakarta karena menghasilkan nilai C.R sebesar 2,309 > 2 sehingga hipotesis diterima. Variabel kualitas sistem tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna SIAKAD Universitas Negeri Jakarta karena menghasilkan nilai C.R -1,682 < 2 sehingga hipotesis ditolak. Variabel kualitas layanan tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna SIAKAD Universitas Negeri Jakarta karena menghasilkan nilai C.R 0,503 < 2 sehingga hipotesis ditolak. Variabel kepercayaan tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna SIAKAD Universitas Negeri Jakarta karena menghasilkan nilai C.R 1,602 < 2 sehingga hipotesis ditolak. Variabel kepuasan pengguna memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna SIAKAD Universitas Negeri Jakarta karena menghasilkan nilai C.R sebesar 4,736 > 2 sehingga hipotesis diterima. Dari 5 hipotesis yang diajukan, 2 hipotesis terbukti diterima tetapi 3 hipotesis ditolak. Hal ini mencerminkan bahwa tingkat kesuksesan SIAKAD Universitas Negeri Jakarta masih pada tingkat belum cukup sukses dan memuaskan bagi pengguna sebagai sebuah sistem informasi. ***** Information systems that are currently developing are in line with the human need for information. The success of an information system can be seen from several things such as how good the quality of the system is, how the level of its use, the information provided, and user satisfaction. In general, websites are built using conventional computers, so that compatibility problems sometimes occur with the devices used to access by users. This study will adopt the Delone and McLean 2003 information system success model to measure SIAKAD success factors from the perspective of its users and modify the model. From the results of the analysis with a total of 109 student respondents using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) calculations, the information quality variable has a significant influence on SIAKAD user satisfaction at Jakarta State University because it produces a C.R value of 2.309 > 2 so that the hypothesis is accepted. The system quality variable has no significant effect on SIAKAD user satisfaction at Jakarta State University because it produces a C.R value of -1.682 < 2 so the hypothesis is rejected. The service quality variable has no significant effect on SIAKAD user satisfaction at Jakarta State University because it produces a C.R value of 0.503 < 2 so the hypothesis is rejected. The trust variable has no significant effect on SIAKAD user satisfaction at Jakarta State University because it produces a C.R value of 1.602 < 2 so the hypothesis is rejected. The user satisfaction variable has a significant influence on SIAKAD user satisfaction at Jakarta State University because it produces a CR value of 4.736 > 2 so that the hypothesis is accepted. Of the 5 hypotheses proposed, 2 hypotheses were proven to be accepted but 3 hypotheses were rejected. This reflects that the level of success of SIAKAD at the State University of Jakarta is still at a level that is not sufficiently successful and satisfactory for users as an information system.
