Abstract

*ABSTRAK* Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh data dan melihat secara langsung manajemen Local Organizer Commite Persija Jakarta pada gelaran ajang kompetisi sepak bola Indonesia Liga 1 BRI Tahun 2022. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode evaluatif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode evaluatif dengan analisis model CIPP yang terdiri dari 4 tahapan yaitu context, input, process, dan product. Hasil penelitian menghasilkan data wawancara evaluasi manajemen pertandingan local Organizer commite PERSIJA Jakarta yang telah di validasi dan di revisi oleh dosen administrasi olahraga. Data dikumpulkan melalui kegiatan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa pada indikator context LOC Persija Jakarta memiliki tujuan dan pembentukan sesuai aturan dan regulasi yang tertera. Berdasarkan evaluasi pada Input hanya saja pada sisi manajemen perlu adanya evaluasi mengenai perekrutan dan aturan yang lebih menekankan mutu SDM. Berdasarkan evaluasi pada process pada aspek proses manajemen tidak semua berjalan sesuai konsep, ada beberapa aspek yang pada prosesnya pada hari sebelum menjelang pertandingan seperti proses perizinan pertandingan dan keamanan kepada pihak tertentu. Berdasarkan evaluasi pada product, hasil dari pengelolaan LOC adalah mampu menyelenggarakan pertandingan dengan baik dan tidak terjadi kerusuhan. Kata Kunci : Evaluasi, Manajemen, Model CIPP, LOC Persija Jakarta *ABSTRACT* The purpose of this study was to obtain data and see firsthand the management of the Persija Jakarta Local Organizer Committee at the 2022 Indonesian League 1 BRI football competition. This research was conducted using an evaluative method with a qualitative approach. In this study using the evaluative method with the analysis of the CIPP model which consists of 4 stages, namely context, input, process, and product. The results of the research produced interview data for evaluation of match management by the local Organizer of the PERSIJA Jakarta committee which had been validated and revised by sports administration lecturers. Data was collected through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis was carried out descriptively. Based on the results of the research, it proves that in the LOC context indicator, Persija Jakarta has goals and formation according to the rules and regulations listed. Based on the evaluation of Input, it's just that on the management side there needs to be an evaluation regarding recruitment and rules that emphasize the quality of human resources. Based on the evaluation of the process, not all aspects of the management process went according to the concept, there were several aspects that were in the process on the day before the match, such as the match licensing process and security for certain parties. Based on the evaluation of the product, the result of LOC management is being able to hold matches well and there are no riots. Keywords: Evaluation, Management, CIPP Model, LOC Persija Jakarta
