Abstract

Penggunaan energi listrik yang tinggi perlu diperhatikan agar dapat mengefisiensikan tingkat konsumsi energi listrik. Salah satu cara dengan menggunakan audit energi yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui penggunaan energi listrik serta mencari upaya yang perlu dilakukan untuk peningkatan efisiensi penggunaan energi listrik pada suatu bangunan. Penilitian ini dilakukan pada Gedung PT. Pertamina. Penilaian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pencapaian nilai yang didapat Gedung PT. Pertamina menggunakan Greenship Existing Building Versi 1.1. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif analisis dengan pendekatan kuantitatif untuk mendapatkan data-data numeric (angka) sehingga menghasilkan kesimpulan yang akan memperjelas terkait kelayakan dari Gedung PT. Pertamina. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penilaian yang didapatkan oleh Gedung PT.Pertamina menggunakan Greenship Existing Building Versi 1.1 pada kategori assessment Energy Efficiency & Conservation (EEC) mendapatkan 17 poin dari total keseluruhan 36 poin dengan presentase 47,2%.. Dan dikarenakan daya yang terpasang pada Gedung PT. Pertamina sebesar 1.800 kVA dimana Gedung PT. terkena rekening minimum dari PLN sebesar 72.000 kWh karena rata-rata yang digunakan hanya 32.000kWh. maka dari itu perlu merubah daya yang terpasang pada Gedung PT. Pertamina menjadi 350 kVA. ***** The use of high electrical energy needs to be considered in order to be able to streamline the level of electrical energy consumption. One way is to use an energy audit which aims to find out the use of electrical energy and look for efforts that need to be made to increase the efficiency of the use of electrical energy in a building. This research was conducted at the Pertamina Officer Building. This assessment aims to see the achievement of the value obtained by the Pertamina Officer Building using the Greenship Existing Building Version 1.1. By using a descriptive analysis research method with a quantitative approach to obtain numerical data (numbers) so as to produce conclusions that will clarify the feasibility of the Pertamina Officer Building. The results showed that the assessment obtained by the Pertamina Building using the Greenship Existing Building Version 1.1 in the Energy Efficiency & Conservation (EEC) assessment category received 17 points out of a total of 36 points with a percentage of 47,2%. And because the power installed at the Pertamina Officer Building is 1,800 kVA where the Officer Building is subject to a minimum account from PLN of 72,000 kWh because the average used is only 32,000 kWh. therefore it is necessary to change the power installed in the Pertamina Officer Building to 350 kVA.
