Abstract

ABSTRAK Nada Fairuz Rahmadila, Implementasi Nilai Persatuan Melalui Upacara Grebeg Sudiro di Kota Surakarta. Skripsi, Jakarta: Program Studi Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan, Fakultas Ilmu Sosial, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, 2023. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk implementasi nilai persatuan melalui rangkaian kegiatan Upacara Grebeg Sudiro dengan tema Merajut Harmoni dalam Kebhinekaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif pada rangkaian kegiatan Upacara Grebeg Sudiro . Sejalan dengan pendekatan yang dipilih oleh peneliti, data yang dijadikan sebagai dasar penelitian ini berasal dari subjek penelitian diantaranya empat orang informan, satu orang key informan dan satu orang expert opinion sebagai sumber data premier. Peneliti juga menggunakan sumber data sekunder dengan melakukan wawancara dan dokumentasi yang kemudian diolah dengan melakukan member checking, triangulasi data dan validasi oleh expert opinion. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Januari hingga bulan Mei 2023. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa upacara Grebeg Sudiro mengandung nilai persatuan yang terdiri dari gotong royong, kebersamaan, cinta tanah air dan toleransi. Nilai-nilai pesatuan pada Upacara Grebeg Sudiro tersebut diimplementasikan melalui kegiatan 1) Doa lintas agama, 2) Makan bersama setelah kirab, 3) Unsur Sejarah Bok Teko, 4) Partisipasi Masyarakat secara menyeluruh, 5) Pengangkatan dan perebutan Jodang, 6) Karnaval Budaya dan 7) Bazar Potensi. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah Upacara Grebeg Sudiro merepresentasikan nilai persatuan melalui rangkaian kegiatan di dalamnya. Upacara ini bukan semata-mata untuk memperingati Hari Raya Imlek namun mampu memberikan kesempatan kepada berbagai sektor untuk ikut berkontribusi dalam mewujudkan persatuan, seperti kebudayaa, perekonomian, hingga manjadi destinasi wisata masyarakat. Nilai persatuan yang implementasikan melalui Upacara Grebeg Sudiro juga memberikan manfaat bagi masyarakat dalam jangkauan yang cukup luas baik dari sektor ekonomi yaitu dalam hal meningkatnya perputaran ekonomi, kemudian sektor sosial yaitu adanya kesetaraan antarindividu dan kesatuan yang semakin kuat serta sektor budaya yaitu dalam hal kebebasan berkspresi menampilkan kesenian budaya daerah yang patut dilestarikan. Kata kunci : Grebeg Sudiro, akulturasi, persatuan, toleransi, budaya ABSTRACT Nada Fairuz Rahmadila, Implementation of Unity Values Through the Grebeg Sudiro Ceremony in Surakarta. Thesis, Jakarta: Pancasila and Civic Education, Social Science Faculty, Jakarta State Universiry, 2023. This study aims to determine the form of implementation of the value of unity through a series of Grebeg Sudiro Ceremony activities with the theme Knitting Harmony in Diversity. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods in the series of Grebeg Sudiro Ceremony activities. In line with the approach chosen by the researcher, the data used as the basis for this study came from research subjects including four informants, one key informant and one expert opinion as premier data sources. Researchers also used secondary data sources by conducting interviews and documentation which were then processed by conducting member checking, data triangulation and validation by expert opinion. This research was conducted from January to May 2023. The findings of this study indicate that the Grebeg Sudiro Ceremony contains the values of mutual cooperation, togetherness, love for the motherland and tolerance. The values at the Sudiro Grebeg Ceremony are implemented through activities 1) Interfaith prayer, 2) Eating together after the carnival, 3) Elements of Bok Teko History, 4) Overall Community Participation, 5) Appointment and seizure of Jodang, 6) Carnival Culture and 7) Potential Bazaar. The conclusion in this study is that the Grebeg Sudiro Ceremony is able to represent the value of unity through a series of activities in it. This ceremony is not solely to commemorate Chinese New Year but is able to provide opportunities for various sectors to contribute to realizing unity, such as culture, the economy, to become a community tourist destination. The value of unity that is implemented through the Grebeg Sudiro Ceremony also provides benefits to society in a fairly wide range, both from the economic sector, namely in terms of increasing economic turnover, then the social sector, namely equality between individuals and stronger unity and the cultural sector, namely in terms of freedom of expression showing regional cultural arts that should be preserved.
