Abstract

*ABSTRAK* Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui (1) Hubungan ketangguhan mental dengan daya VO2 Max pemain FASS Junior U17 Kota Bekasi (2) Hubungan motivasi berprestasi dengan daya tahan fisik VO2 Max pemain FASS Junior U17 Kota Bekasi (3) Hubungan ketangguhan mental dan motivasi berprestasi secara bersama sama dengan daya tahan VO2 Max. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif, menggunakan metode survei dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala Michael Sheard, Sports Mental Toughness Questionnaire (SMTQ) The Sports Mental Toughness Questionnaire (SMTQ), yang terditi atas: (1) kepercayaan (2) keteguhan (3) kontrol (4) komitmen. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pemain sepakbola FASS Junior U17 Kota Bekasi yang berjumlah 30 pemain. Tehnik sampling yang di gunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu total sampling. Total sampling adalah Teknik pengambilan sampel dimana jumlah sampel sama dengan populasi (Sugiyono, 2007). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara ketangguhan mental dan daya tahan Vo2 Max dengan hasil nilai T hitung 2,606 > 2,052 dan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,451. (2) Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara motivasi berprestasi dengan daya tahan Vo2 Max dengan hasil nilai T hitung 3,687 > 2,052 dan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,655. (3) Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara ketangguhan mental dan motivasi berprestasi secara bersama sama dengan daya tahan Vo2 Max dengan hasil nilai T hitung 22,205 > 3,340 dan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,789. Kata Kunci : Ketangguhan Mental, Motivasi Berprestasi, Daya Tahan Vo2 Max *ABSTRACT* The purpose of this study was to determine (1) the relationship between mental toughness and the VO2 Max power of FASS Junior U17 players in Bekasi City (2) the relationship between achievement motivation and physical endurance VO2 Max players of FASS Junior U17 Bekasi City (3) the relationship between mental toughness and achievement motivation in along with VO2 Max endurance. The type of research used in this research is descriptive quantitative research, using survey methods with data collection techniques using the Michael Sheard scale, Sports Mental Toughness Questionnaire (SMTQ) The Sports Mental Toughness Questionnaire (SMTQ), which consists of: (1) trust (2) ) constancy (3) control (4) commitment. The population of this study were FASS Junior U17 soccer players in Bekasi City, totaling 30 players. The sampling technique used in this study is total sampling. Total sampling is a sampling technique where the number of samples is equal to the population (Sugiyono, 2007). The results showed that (1) there was a significant relationship between mental toughness and Vo2 Max endurance with a T-value of 2.606 > 2.052 and a correlation coefficient of 0.451 (2) There is a significant relationship between achievement motivation and Vo2 Max endurance with a T-count value of 3.687 > 2.052 and a correlation coefficient of 0.655 (3) There is a significant relationship between mental toughness and achievement motivation together with Vo2 Max endurance with a T-value of 22.205 > 3.340 and a correlation coefficient of 0.789.
