Abstract

Konflik perceraian adalah suatu akibat permasalahan yang di sebabkan oleh banyak faktor yang bisa mengakibatkan berakhirnya suatu pernikahan saat kedua pasangan tak ingin melanjutkan kehidupan pernikahannya dan tidak mampu untuk menyelesaikan masalah yang dihadapi. Status sosial ekonomiadalah cara untuk mengelompokkan individu maupun sebuah keluarga berdasarkan kemampuan ekonomi dan status sosialnya yang berarti kedudukan suatu individu dan keluarga berdasarkan unsur-unsur ekonomi yang dimana makin tinggi kedudukan seseorang maka makin mudah pula dalam memperoleh fasilitas yang diperlukan dan diinginkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan status sosial ekonomi dan konflik perceraian. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional dan pengambilan data dilaksanakan pada bulan Oktober – Desember 2022, dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan Purposive Sampling. Penelitian ini dilakukan kepada 241 pasangan yang telah resmi bercerai pada tahun 2022, posisi sebagai penggugat di Jakarta Timur. Hasil uji korelasi menunjukkan ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kedua variabel. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian korelasi diperoleh nilai 0.001 < 0.05, dengan ini maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara variabel status sosial ekonomi dengan variabel konflik perceraian. Oleh karena itu, pasangan suami istri harus meningkatkan kualitas pernikahan agar mampu mengendalikan dan mengatasi masalah yang terjadi agar tidak berakhir pada perceraian. Di harapkan bisa sebagai referensi bagi penelitian selanjutnya serta menjadi bahan kajian lebih lanjut serta menambah ilmu dalam hal status sosial ekonomi dan konflik perceraian. ***** Divorce conflict is a result of problems caused by many factors that can lead to the end of a marriage when both partners do not want to continue their married life and are unable to solve the problems they face. Socio-economic status is a way to group individuals and a family based on their economic ability and social status, which means the position of an individual and family based on economic elements where the higher a person's position, the easier it is to obtain the necessary and desired facilities. This study aims to determine the relationship between socioeconomic status and divorce conflict. The research method uses quantitative methods with a correlational approach and data collection was carried out in October - December 2022, with sampling using Purposive Sampling. This research was conducted on 241 couples who had officially divorced in 2022, positioned as plaintiffs in East Jakarta. The correlation test results show that there is a significant relationship between the two variables. Based on the results of correlation testing, a value of 0.001 <0.05 was obtained, with this, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between the socioeconomic status variable and the divorce conflict variable. Therefore, married couples must improve the quality of marriage in order to be able to control and overcome the problems that occur so that it does not end in divorce. It is hoped that it can serve as a reference for further research and become material for further study and increase knowledge in terms of socioeconomic status and divorce conflict.
