Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk buku elektronik (e-book) materi perencanaan karir untuk peserta Sertifikasiku Ambassador Program (SAP). Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan Hannafin dan Peck yang terdiri dari penilaian kebutuhan, desain, pengembangan dan implementasi. Tahap ini menjalankan evaluasi pada setiap tahapannya. Hasil penelitian pengembangan ini berupa produk buku elektronik (e-book) dalam bentuk PDF yang disajikan dengan Website Heyzine yang dapat diakses melalui berbagai perangkat yang terkoneksi dengan internet. Produk ini telah melalui evaluasi yang melibatkan 2 ahli, yaitu ahli media dan materi serta pengguna dengan menggunakan metode wawancara dan skala likert. Metode wawancara digunakan pada tahap expert review sampai uji coba one-to-one. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dari tahap reviu ahli, produk sudah baik dari sisi media dan materi. Terdapat beberapa masukan perbaikan pada materi, ukuran dan tata letak teks.Selanjutnya, uji coba one-to-one dengan hasil penelitian sudah baik dari segi materi dan manfaat. Dalam proses uji coba one-to-one, terdapat masukan untuk menambahkan tautan menuju ke daftar isi di beberapa halaman, menambahkan kalimat interaktif dan menebalkan kata kunci materi. Selanjutnya yaitu dilakukan uji coba small group dengan menghasilkan skor 3.7 yang dikategorikan sangat baik. Berdasarkan hasil keseluruhan dari ahli dan pengguna, dapat dinyatakan bahwa buku elektronik (e-book) perencanaan karir ini memiliki kualitas baik dan dapat digunakan sebagai sumber belajar yang dapat memfasilitasi peserta Sertifikasiku Ambassador Program (SAP) dalam perencanaan karir. Produk dapat diakses di https://bit.ly/ProdukEBookPerencanaanKarir. ***** This development research aims to produce an electronic book (e-book) product on career planning material for participants of the Sertifikasiku Ambassador Program (SAP). This research utilizes the Hannafin and Peck development model, consisting of needs assessment, design, development, and implementation. This phase involves evaluation at each stage. The result of this development research is an e-book product in PDF format, presented using the Heyzine website that accessible through various internet-connected devices. This product has undergone evaluation involving media and content experts, as well as users, using interview and likert scale methods. The interview method was employed from the expert review stage to one-to-one testing. Based on the interview results from the expert review stage, the product is satisfactory in terms of media and content. There were some suggestions for improvements regarding the content, text size, and layout. Furthermore, the one-to-one testing yielded positive results in terms of content and utility. During the one-to-one testing, feedback was given to add links to the table of contents on several pages, include interactive sentences, and bold keywords in the content. Subsequently, small group testing resulted in a score of 3.7, categorized as very good. Based on the overall results from experts and users, it can be stated that this career planning e-book has good quality and can be utilized as a learning resource to facilitate participants of the Sertifikasiku Ambassador Program (SAP) in their career planning.
