Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan mengenai peran kader PKK Desa Sriamur dalam pemberdayaan perempuan di Desa Sriamur Kecamatan Tambun Utara. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kader PKK Desa Sriamur yang merupakan salah satu agen perubahan bagi kemajuan Desa Sriamur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran POKJA II PKK Desa Sriamur dalam menjalankan pemberdayaan perempuan di bidang Pendidikan, Keterampilan dan Kehidupan Berkoperasi telah menunjukkan keberhasilan. Kader POKJA II berhasil mencetak SDM yang berkualitas dan telah menjadikan perempuan desa menjadi seorang yang mandiri, kreatif dan inovatif. Dalam menjalankan perannya, kader POKJA II PKK Desa Sriamur juga mengalami beberapa kendala baik kendala internal maupun eksternal, kendala tersebut terkait dengan masalah komunikasi dan manajemen waktu. Selain itu, kader POKJA II PKK Desa Sriamur juga memiliki kendala terkait jumlah kader yang cenderung sedikit. ***** The purpose of this study is to describe the role of Sriamur Village PKK cadres in empowering women in Sriamur Village, North Tambun District. This study was set up by the Sriamur Village PKK cadres who are one of the agents of change for the progress of Sriamur Village. This study used a qualitative approach using descriptive methods. The data collection techniques used in this study are observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that the role of POKJA II PKK Sriamur Village in carrying out women's empowerment in the fields of Education, Skills and Cooperative Life has shown success. POKJAI II cadres successfully scored qualified human resources and have made village women an independent, creative and innovative woman. In carrying out his role, the cadres of POKJA II PKK Sriamur Village also experienced several obstacles, both internal and external obstacles, related to communication and time management issues. In addition, POKJA II PKK cadres in Sriamur Village also have obstacles related to the small number of cadres.
