Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh internal locus of control dan konsep diri terhadap kematangan karir siswa SMK Negeri 3 Depok. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dan metode survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII SMK Negeri Jakarta dengan jumlah 451 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proportional random sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 212 siswa. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi lima tahap yaitu: (1) uji persyaratan analisis, (2) uji asumsi klasik, (3) uji analisis regresi linear berganda, (4) uji hipotesis, (5) uji koefisien determinasi yang dihitung dengan menggunakan software SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan internal locus of control terhadap kematangan karir siswa dimana nilai Thitung > Ttabel yaitu sebesar 6.814 > 1.652 dan nilai sig. 0.000 < 0.05, konsep diri berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kematangan karir siswa konsep diri (X2) dimana nilai Thitung > Ttabel yaitu sebesar 4.999 > 1.652 dan nilai sig. 0.000 < 0.05, dan internal locus of control dan konsep diri berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kematangan karir siswa secara bersama-sama dimana nilai Fhitung > Ftabel yaitu 102.337 > 3.038 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.000 < 0.05, serta nilai R Square sebesar 0.490. Kata kunci : kematangan karir, internal locus of control, konsep diri *** This research aims to determine the influence of internal locus of control and self-concept on the career maturity of students at SMK Negeri 3 Depok. This research used a quantitative research method and survey method. The population in this research is class XII Students at SMK Negeri 3 Depok with a total of 451 students. The sampling technique using proportional random sampling with a sample of 212 students. The analysis technique used in this research includes five stages, namely: (1) requirements analysis test; (2) classical assumption test; (3) multiple regression analysis test; (4) hypothesis testing; and (5) the coefficient of determination analysis test. The results showed that there was a positive and significant internal locus of control influence on student career maturity, where the T-count > Ttabel is 6,814 > 1,652 and the sig. 0.000 <0.05, self-concept had a positive and significant effect on student career maturity, here the Tcount > Ttable is 4,999 > 1,652 and the sig. 0.000 <0.05 , and internal locus of control and self-concept have a positive and significant effect on student career maturity where the value of Fcount > Ftable is 102,337 > 3,038 and a significance value of 0,000 <0.05, and R Square value is 0,490.
