Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan konsumen terhadap kualitas produk dan harga produk Buttonscarves. Kualitas produk yang diukur melalui kenyamanan, ketahanan, model/desain, dan kualitas bahan, serta harga yang diukur melalui kesesuaian harga dengan kualitas. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling insidental dengan pengumpulan data kuesioner (angket) yang disebar menggunakan google formulir kepada 100 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk dan harga mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen. Pada produk hijab kualitas produk mendapatkan presentase 76,5% lebih unggul dari indikator harga dengan presentase 36,8%. Produk tas pada kualitas produk mendapatkan presentase 31,5% lebih rendah dari indikator harga dengan presentase 36,8%. Dan untuk produk pakaian pada indikator kualitas produk mendapatkan presentase 77,3% lebih unggul dari indikator harga dengan presentase 36,8%. ***** This study aims to determine the level of consumer satisfaction with product quality and price of Buttonscarves products. Product quality is measured through comfort, durability, model/design, and material quality, as well as price is measured through price conformity with quality. This research method uses survey research methods with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study used incidental sampling techniques by collecting questionnaire data (questionnaires) distributed using google forms to 100 respondents. The results of this study show that product quality and price affect consumer satisfaction. In hijab products, product quality gets a percentage of 76.5% superior to the price indicator with a percentage of 36.8%. Bag products in product quality get a percentage 31.5% lower than the price indicator with a percentage of 36.8%. And for clothing products on the product quality indicator get a percentage of 77.3% superior to the price indicator with a percentage of 36.8%.
