Abstract

HUBUNGAN KESEIMBANGAN DINAMIS DENGAN KETEPATAN LEMPARAN SHOOTING JARAK 8 METER PADA ATLET UNIVERSITAS NEGERI JAKARTA FAKULTAS ILMU OLAHRAGA PETANQUE CLUB ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan keseimbangan dinamis dengan ketepatan lemparan shooting jarak 8 meter pada atlet UNJ FIO Petanque Club. Pengambilan data dilakukan pada bulan desember 2019 yang bertempat di lapangan petanque kampus B FIO UNJ. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi sampel adalah 20 atlet UNJ FIO Petanque Club yang sesuai kriteria. Pengambilan data di dahului dengan Functional Reach Test (pengukuran jangkauan tangan) setelah itu langsung melaksanakan tes ketepatan shooting. Teknik pengujian hipotesis yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis statistika korelasi sederhana yang dilanjutkan dengan uji-t pada taraf signifikan α=0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukan hubungan yang signifikan dengan r = 0,6061 dengan persamaan regresi Y = 0,711 + 1,743X menunjukkan bahwa setiap kenaikan 1 skor keseimbangan dinamis (X) akan menyebabkan penaikan skor ketepatan shooting (Y) sebesar 1,743 pada konstanta 0,711. Sedangkan besar koefisien determinasi adalah r2 = 0,3674, dengan demikian dapat di simpulkan bahwa sumbangan variabel keseimbangan dinamis terhadap variabel ketepatan shooting dalam penelitian ini adalah 36,74%. Sedangkan sisanya 63,26% merupakan sumbangan faktor lainnya. Kata Kunci : Petanque, keseimbangan dinamis, ketepatan shooting THE RELATIONSHIP OF DYNAMIC BALANCE WITH THE ACCURACY OF THE 8 METER DISTANCE SHOOTING AT THE STATE UNIVERSITY OF JAKARTA FACULTY OF SPORTS SCIENCE PETANQUE CLUB ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the relationship of dynamic balance with the accuracy of the 8 meter shooting range at UNJ FIO Petanque Club athletes. Data was collected in December 2019 which took place at the B FIO UNJ campus petanque field. The research method used in this research is descriptive method. In this study, the samples were 20 athletes from UNJ FIO Petanque Club who met the criteria. Data retrieval is preceded by a Functional Reach Test (measurement of hand reach) after that immediately carry out the shooting accuracy test. The hypothesis testing technique used in this study uses a simple statistical correlation analysis technique followed by a t-test at a significant level α = 0.05. The results showed a significant relationship with r = 0.6061 with a regression equation Y = 0.711 + 1.743X indicating that each increase of 1 dynamic balance score (X) would cause an increase in shooting accuracy score (Y) of 1.743 at a constant of 0.711. While the coefficient of determination is r2 = 0.3674, thus it can be concluded that the contribution of the dynamic balance variable to the shooting accuracy variable in this study was 36.74%. While the remaining 63.26% was contributed by other factors. Keywords: Petanque, dynamic balance, accuracy of shooting
