Abstract

Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization Regional Center for Food and Nutrition (SEAMEO RECFON) berperan sebagai organisasi di bidang pangan dan gizi berfungsi dalam penelitian dan peningkatan pelatihan bidang pangan dan gizi di Asia Tenggara, memerlukan sistem penyimpanan data yang akurat untuk mendukung. Untuk mendukung proses monitoring dan evaluasi target capaian program pelatihan, Sistem Basis data tersebut harus bisa menyimpan, mengelola data hasil capaian dari kegiatan program pelatihan, mendokumentasikan hasil Analisa, dan informasi lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengimplementasikan system Basis Data Terpadu Capaian Pelatihan Bidang Pangan dan Gizi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode System Development Life Cycles (SDLC) dengan model pengembangan prototyping untuk pengembangan sistem basis data. Hasil penelitian ini berupa sistem basis data terapadu yang dapat menyimpan dan mengoleksi berbagai jenis laporan capaian beserta informasi pelatihan daring dan luring seperti Master of Trainer, Post Graduate Training, seminar dan program magang berupa data peserta, data guru, data sekolah, jenis pelatihan, program penelitian serta keterangan detail lain yang mendukung proses penelitian. Sistem Basis data ini juga menyediakan fitur bagi pengguna untuk dapat melaporkan dan mengirimkan data peserta dan sekolah bimbingan serta mitra kerja baru. Basis data ini diimplementasikan dalam bentuk prototype dan diuji terhadap unsur fungsionalitas, kinerja, dan keamanannya yang mudah dalam pengunaan. Sistem basis data yang dihasilkan ini dapat membantu operasional Staf setiap unit pada SEAMEO RECFON, baik untuk operasional maupun proses pendataan yang terpadu sehingga memudahkan proses pelaporan, monitoring dan evaluasi target capaian program dalam medukung pelatihan bidang pangan dan gizi. ***** Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization Regional Center for Food and Nutrition (SEAMEO RECFON) acts as an organization in the field of food and nutrition functioning in research and improvement of training in the field of food and nutrition in Southeast Asia, requires an accurate data storage system to support. To support the process of monitoring and evaluating the target achievements of the training program, the database system must be able to store, manage data on the achievements of training program activities, document the results of analysis, and other information. This research aims to design and implement an Integrated Database System for Training Achievements in the Field of Food and Nutrition. This research uses the System Development Life Cycles (SDLC) method with a prototyping development model for database system development. The results of this research are in the form of an integrated database system that can store and collect various types of achievement reports along with online and offline training information such as Master of Trainers, Post Graduate Training, Seminars and Internship programs in the form of participant data, teacher data, school data, training types, research programs and other details that support the research process. This database system also provides features for users to be able to report and submit data on participants and guidance schools as well as new partners. This database is implemented in prototype form and tested for functionality, performance, and security elements that are easy to use. The resulting database system can assist the operational staff of each unit at SEAMEO RECFON, both for operations and an integrated data collection process that facilitates the reporting process for monitoring and evaluating program achievement targets in supporting training in the fields of food and nutrition.
