Abstract

*ABSTRAK* -------- Bank sampah adalah sebuah fasilitas yang digunakan untuk mengelola sampah dengan menerapkan konsep 3R (Reduce, Recycle, dan Reuse) yang dibentuk dan dikelola oleh masyarakat, badan usaha, dan/atau pemerintah daerah sebagai sebuah sarana untuk edukasi, merubah perilaku dalam mengelola sampah, dan pelaksanaan Ekonomi Sirkular. Di Kelurahan Rawa Barat sendiri, bank sampah berjalan pada tingkat rukun warga (RW). Dalam melakukan pembukuan dan pelaporan, para pengurus bank sampah serta kelurahan seringkali kesulitan sehingga membuat pelaporan rekap sampah yang diterima sering kali terlambat. Skripsi ini dibuat dengan tujuan untuk membangun sistem informasi Bank Sampah di Kelurahan Rawa Barat berbasis website yang dikembangkan menggunakan metode pengembangan system development life cycle model extreme programming (XP). Dalam model XP terdapat 4 tahapan pengembangan yang dilewati, yaitu perencanaan, perancangan, pengkodean, dan testing. Setiap tahapan akan diulang dalam sebuah iterasi hingga sistem selesai dikembangkan. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan framework Laravel. Setelah pengembangan sistem selesai, dilakukan User Acceptance Testing (UAT) dengan menghitung responden berdasarkan rumus slovin. Dengan populasi sebanyak 89 orang didapat jumlah responden sebanyak 47 orang. UAT sendiri dibagi menjadi 2 yaitu alpha test yang menguji fungsionalitas dan beta test untuk menguji usability. Dari hasil test yang dilakukan didapat nilai fungsionalitas sebesar 100% sehingga dapat dikatakan Sistem Bank Sampah ini sudah berjalan dengan baik dan nilai usability sebesar 94,1% pada keseluruhan sistemnya. *ABSTRACT* -------- Waste bank is a facility used to manage waste by applying the 3R concept (Reduce, Recycle, and Reuse) that managed by the community, business entity, and/or local government as a means for education, changing behavior in managing waste, and implementation of the Circular Economy. In Rawa Barat Kelurahan itself, there is a waste bank running at the level of community units (RW). In doing bookkeeping and reporting, the administrators of the waste bank and Kelurahan often have difficulties so reporting the recap of the garbage received is often too late. This thesis made with the aim of building a Waste Bank Web-based information system in Rawa Barat Kelurahan which was developed using the system development life cycle model extreme programming (XP). In the XP model there are 4 step that is planning, designing, coding, and testing.Every step will be repeated in an iteration until the system is finished. The system is developed using the Laravel framework. After the system development is finished, the next step is User Acceptance Testing (UAT) that is done by calculating respondents based on a formula slovin. With a population of 83 people, the number of respondents was 47 person. UAT itself is divided into 2, namely the alpha test that tests functionality and beta test to test usability. From the results of the tests carried out the funcionality test get 100% result that show the developed waste bank system can be used well and for the usability test show 94,1% percentage for the entire system.
