Abstract

Terminal tipe A dengan kebradaannya menjadi signifikan sebagai salah satu simpul jaringan transportasi di Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta sehingga kinerja dan kualitas pelayanan terminal adalah hal yang sangat penting agar dapat menunjang kelancaran, keamanan dan kenyamanan penumpang dalam berpindah moda. Park and ride merupakan sarana parkir yang menunjang bus Transjakarta, AKDP, kereta, LRT, MRT dan dibuat untuk tujuan menarik minat pengguna kendaraan pribadi agar beralih ke transportasi masal sehingga dapat mengurangi penggunaan kendaraan pribadi yang masuk ke dalam kota. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbandingan kualitas park and ride di Terminal Pulo Gebang dan Terminal Kampung Rambutan; kenapa park and ride di Terminal Pulo Gebang fasilitasnya tidak digunakan dengan baik. Beberapa masalah yang menjadi kendala kenapa park and ride Terminal Pulo Gebang kurang diminati adalah Kondisi fisik dari bangunan yang sebaiknya ada revitalisasi, Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang masih kurang, kemudahan pengguna mengakses fasilitas park and ride yang sulit dijangkau dan tarif atau biaya pada fasilitas ini. ***** Type A terminal with its existence has become significant as one of the nodes of the transportation network in DKI Jakarta so that the performance and quality of terminal services are very important in order to support the smoothness, safety and comfort of passengers in changing modes. Park and ride is a parking facility that supports Transjakarta buses, AKDP, trains, LRT, MRT and is made for the purpose of attracting private vehicle users to switch to mass transportation so as to reduce the use of private vehicles in the city. The purpose of this study was to compare the quality of park and ride at Pulo Gebang Terminal and Kampung Rambutan Terminal; Why is park and ride at Pulo Gebang Terminal not being used properly?. Some of the problems that become obstacles to why the Pulo Gebang Terminal park and ride is less attractive are the physical condition of the building which should be revitalized, Human Resources (HR) are still lacking, the ease of users accessing park and ride facilities and the tariffs or finances of this facility.
