Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui atau Mengidentifikasi terkait kebutuhan fasilitas integrasi yang akan digunakan dan kondisi yang ada sekarang, selain untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan dan kondisi yang ada saat ini, penelitian ini juga digunakan untuk melihat perkembangan integrasi transportasi yang ideal, yaitu: lebih cepat, lebih murah, lebih nyaman, dan lebih aman. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode observasi, wawancara, dan pengumpulan data dari instansi terkait sebagai pendukung argumen peneliti. Dalam meneliti kebutuhan fasilitas dan kondisi fasilitas sekarang penulis menggunakan 6 indikator berdasarkan aturan PERMENHUB No.14 tahun 2015 Tentang standarisasi pelayanan angkutan jalan yang berisi : keselamatan, keamanan, keteraturan, kenyamanan, keterjangkauan dan kesetaraan. Berdasarkan keenam indikator tersebut, penulis dapat mengidentifikasi kebutuhan fasilitas dan mengetahui kondisi fasilitas yang ada sekarang. Berdasarakan analisa penulis dan wawancara yang dilakukan bersama Kepala Terminal Kampung Rambutanpermasalahan yang terjadi pada Terminal Kampung Rambutan adalah fasilitas perpindahan pejalan kaki yang masih sejalur dengan jalur tiba kendaraan yang dapat membahayakan keselamatan pejalan kaki. Maka dari itu perlu dibuatnya jembatan penghubung yang dapat memfasilitasi penumpang agar terjamin keselamatan dan memberikan kenyamanan. ***** Currently Kampung Rambutan Terminal is preparing the need for integration facilities with the Kampung Rambutan LRT Station. Integration between train stations or in this case the LRT with bus terminals in Jakarta and even in Indonesia does not yet exist. This study aims to identify or identify the need for integration facilities that will be used and the current conditions, in addition to identifying current needs and conditions, this research is also used to see the development of the ideal transportation integration, namely: faster, cheaper , more convenient, and safer. The research method used is the method of observation, interviews, and data collection from related agencies to support the researcher's argument. In examining the need for facilities and the condition of the current facilities, the author uses 6 indicators based on the regulations of PERMENHUB No. 14 of 2015 concerning standardization of road transportation services which contain: safety, security, orderliness, comfort, affordability and equality. Based on these six indicators, the author can identify the facility needs and determine the current condition of the facilities. Based on the author's analysis and interviews conducted with the Head of the Kampung Rambutan Terminal, the problem that occurs at the Kampung Rambutan Terminal is the pedestrian movement facility that is still in line with the vehicle's arrival path which can endanger the safety of pedestrians. Therefore, it is necessary to build a connecting bridge that can facilitate passengers to ensure safety and provide comfort. Keywords: integration, needs, facilites, intramoda.
