Abstract

Tujuan penulisan adalah memahami bagaimana implementasi arsip digital dalam penyimpanan dokumen digital pada Lembaga Sertifikasi Profesi (LSP) Triputra Persada. Mengetahui dampak positif dan negatif dari implementasi arsip digital dalam penyimpanan dokumen digital. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan maksud menafsirkan fenomena yang terjadi dan dilakukan dengan jalan melibatkan berbagai metode yang ada dalam penelitian kualitatif. Metode yang biasanya dimanfaatkan adalah wawancara terstruktur dengan bentuk pertanyaan terbuka, observasi, dan studi kepustakaan. Partisipan dalam penulisan ini berjumlah 5 orang dengan status pengurus langsung dari Lembaga Sertifikasi Profesi (LSP) Triputra Persada. Hasil dari penulisan ini adalah dapat menggambarkan bahwa implementasi dari arsip digital dalam penyimpanan dokumen digital ini cukup penting untuk digunakan. Diikuti dengan gambaran dimana implementasi arsip digital dalam penyimpanan dokumen digital ini dapat saja berdampak positif dan negatif. Kata Kunci: Arsip Digital, Manajemen Arsip. Pemeliharaan Arsip *** The purpose of writing is to understand how to implement digital archives in storing digital documents at the Triputra Persada Professional Certification Institute. Knowing the positive and negative impacts of implementing digital archives in digital document storage. This type of research uses a qualitative approach with the intention of interpreting the phenomena that occur and is carried out by involving various methods that exist in qualitative research. The methods usually used are structured interviews in the form of open questions, observation, and literature studies. Participants in this writing amounted to 5 people with direct management status from the Triputra Persada Professional Certification Institute. The results of this writing are able to illustrate that the implementation of digital archives in digital document storage is quite important to use. Followed by an overview of where the implementation of digital archives in digital document storage can have positive and negative impacts. Keywords: Digital Archives, Records Management.
