Abstract

Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi profesional terhadap kinerja guru, pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik terhadap kinerja guru, serta pengaruh kompetensi professional dan kompetensi pedagogik terhadap kinerja guru. Subjek penelitian ialah guru ekonomi yang mengajar di SMA Negeri yang berlokasi di Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan merupakan penelitian kuantitatif survei. Jenis pengolahan data dilakukan dengan metode uji deskriptif, uji t, uji ANOVA, uji homogenitas, uji asumsi klasik (normalitas, linearitas, multikolinearitas, heterokedastisitas). uji koefisien determinasi, uji regresi sederhana dan regresi berganda dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS 18. Sampel yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan jenis sampel kuota yaitu sebesar 34 orang. Uji koefisien determinasi menunjukkan 0,809 yang berarti kompetensi professional dan kompetensi pedagogik berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru sebear 80.9%. ********** This study aims to determine the effect of professional competence on teacher performance, the effect of pedagogical competence on teacher performance, and the effect of professional competence and pedagogic competence on teacher performance. The research subject was an economics teacher who taught at a public high school located in DKI Jakarta Province. The type of research used is a quantitative survey research. Types of data processing are carried out using descriptive test methods, t tests, ANOVA tests, homogeneity tests, classical assumption tests (normality, linearity, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity), coefficient of determination test, simple regression test and multiple regression with the help of SPSS 18 software. The sample used is the type of quota sample that is equal to 34 people. The coefficient of determination test shows 0.809, which means that professional competence and pedagogical competence affect teacher performance by 80.9%.
