Abstract

*ABSTRAK* ----------- Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Modal, Tenaga Kerja dan Pengalaman Belajar Ekonomi Terhadap Pengembangan Usaha UMKM di Kota Bekasi. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah pemilik UMKM di Kota Bekasi. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik sampling menggunakan teknik probability sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala Likert. Analisis alat yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda yang didukung oleh perangkat lunak SPSS 16. Berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel modal, tenaga kerja dan pengalaman belajar ekonomi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengembangan usaha UMKM. *ABSTRACT* ---------- This study aims to determine the influence of capital, labor and economics learning experience on the development of SMEs in Bekasi. The data used in this study are primary data. The subject of this study is the owner of SMEs in the city of Bekasi. In this study used a sample of 100 respondents. Sampling technique using probability sampling technique. The method of data collection using questionnaires with Likert scale. The analytical tools used is multiple regression which is supported by SPSS 16 software. Based on the analysis conducted, the results showed that the variables of capital, labor and economics learning experience have a positive and significant influence on the development of SMEs businesses.
