Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan eksklusi dan inklusi dalam teks berita pelecehan seksual santriwati Jombang pada media massa online Tempo.co dan Okezone.com. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data dari penelitian ini adalah teks wacana berita terkait pelecehan seksual santriwati Jombang yang dimuat di media massa online Tempo.co dan Okezone.com. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode dokumentasi disertai teknik baca dan teknik catat. Pada pengambilan sampel data digunakan metode purposive sampling (sampel bertujuan) berdasarkan kriteria tertentu. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, ditemukan data eksklusi berupa pasivasi, nominalisasi, dan penggantian anak kalimat yang digunakan untuk menghilangkan kelompok atau aktor dari dalam teks. Selain itu, ditemukan pula temuan data inklusi berupa diferensiasi-indiferensiasi, objektivasi-abstraksi, nominasi-kategorisasi, nominasi-identifikasi, determinasi-indeterminasi, asimilasi-individualisasi, dan asosiasi-disosiasi yang digunakan untuk menampilkan sesuatu, peristiwa, kelompok, atau aktor sosial tertentu di dalam teks. Kata kunci: Analisis Wacana Kritis Theo van Leeuwen, Eksklusi, Inklusi, Teks Berita Pelecehan Sekasual Santriwati Jombang ***** The aim of this study is to describe the exclusion and inclusion in the news text of sexual harassment against Jombang female students in the online media Tempo.co and Okezone.com. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive. The source of the data for this research is the text of news related to the sexual harassment of Jombang female students which are published in the online media Tempo.co and Okezone.com. The data collection techniques used is the documentation method along with reading and note-taking techniques. In taking the sample data used purposive sampling method based on certain criteria. Based on the results of data analysis, exclusion data were found in the form of passivation, nominalization, and substitution of clauses used to remove groups or actors from the text. In addition, findings on inclusion data were also found in the form of differentiations, objectivations, nominations, identifications, determinations, assimilation-individualizations, and associations that are used to present something, event, group, or social actor specified in the text.
