Abstract
Pesatnya ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi memaksa pembelajaran biologi untuk memfasilitasi siswa dalam mengoptimalkan pemahaman dan kemampuan berpikirnya sesuai dengan abad 21. Pengembangan modul digital perubahan lingkungan berbasis SETS menjadi media inovasi yang dirancang untuk memudahkan siswa belajar dengan mengintegrasikan teori sains, lingkungan, teknologi dan masyarakat. Jenis penelitian yang diterapkan yaitu Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan modul digital perubahan lingkungan berbasis SETS dalam meningkatkan pemahaman konsep dan berpikir kritis siswa. Produk divalidasi oleh validator ahli media dan materi. Hasil validasi media didapatkan rerata 90% dan validasi materi didapatkan rerata 85% yang berarti produk modul digital perubahan lingkungan berbasis SETS layak untuk digunakan. Desain penelitian yang diterapkan yaitu one group pretest posttest design dengan sampel berjumlah 34 siswa. Hasil menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan yang siginifikan dalam nilai pretest dan posttest setelah penggunaan modul digital perubahan lingkungan berbasis SETS dalam meningkatkan pemahaman konsep dan berpikir kritis siswa. ***** The rapid pace of science and technology forces learning biology to facilitate students in optimizing their understanding and thinking skills in accordance with the 21st century. Developing environmental-based SETS digital modules to become media innovations designed to facilitate students' learning by integrating science, environment, technology and society theories. The type of research applied is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model. This study aims to determine the application of the SETS environment-based digital change module in improving students' conceptual understanding and critical thinking. The product is validated by media and material expert validators. Media validation results obtained an average of 90% and material validation obtained an average of 85% which means that the SETS environment-based digital change module product is feasible to use. The research design applied was one group pretest posttest design with a sample of 34 students. The results showed that there was a significant difference in pretest and posttest scores after using the SETS-based digital environmental change module in improving students' conceptual understanding and critical thinking.
