Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui proses resiliensi remaja korban perceraian orang tua di wilayah Kelurahan Rawa Bunga Kecamatan Jatinegara . Peneliti menggunkan metode pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, studi pustaka, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa Resiliensi remaja yang mengalami korban perceraian orang tua terjadi dalam 4 proses mulai tahapan proses mengalah (succumbing) dengan remaja mengetahui dari perilaku buruk atau negative ayah, sehingga mengalami kedaan tertekan, takut,khawatir, sehingga mampu menyikapi kondisi tertekan atau sulit, adapun proses bertahan (survival) dengan cara memiliki tujuan yang dicapai, karena keadaan ibu, keadaan ekonomi, dan berkeinginan berkeluarga, proses pemulihan (recovery) mengetahui dengan kondisi remaja saat ini yang sedang dijalani, kondisi mental, kondisi fisik serta dalam memaafkan perilaku buruk ayah,serta mengambil makna yang didapat dan proses terakhir berkembang pesat (thriving) dengan cara bekerja, berjualan, berprestasi dalam akademik dan membuat karya tulisan. Adapun yang melatarbelakangi resiliensi dapat terjadi pada remaja korban perceraian orang tua di sebabkan oleh (1) faktor internal, diantaranya (a) optimisme (b) empati (c) efikasi diri dan (2) faktor eksternal, diantaranya (a) dukungan keluarga (b) dukungan teman atau sahabat (c) dukungan lingkungan sekitar. Kata kunci : Resiliensi, Remaja, Perceraian Orang Tua. *** This research aims to determine the resilience process of teenagers who are victims of their parents' divorce in the Rawa Bunga sub-district, Jatinegara district. Researchers used a qualitative approach method. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, literature study and documentation. The results of the study concluded that the resilience of adolescents who were victims of their parents' divorce occurred in 4 processes starting from the succumbing stage with the adolescent becoming aware of the father's bad or negative behavior, so that they experienced a state of depression, fear, worry, so that they were able to respond to stressful or difficult conditions. as for the survival process by having a goal that is achieved, because of the mother's condition, economic situation, and the desire to have a family, the recovery process is knowing the current condition of the teenager, mental condition, physical condition and in forgiving the father's labor behavior. , as well as taking the meaning obtained and the final process of developing rapidly (thriving) by working, selling, excelling in academics and creating written works. The background to resilience can occur in adolescent victims of parental divorce caused by (1) internal factors, including (a) optimism (b) empathy (c) self-efficacy and (2) external factors, including (a) family support (b ) support from friends or friends (c) support from the surrounding environment.
