Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan pengetahuan yang tepat dan dapat dipercaya tentang hubungan Self Regulated Learning dengan employability skills pada Siswa Kompetensi Keahlian Teknik Perancangan dan Gambar Mesin (TPGM) SMK Negeri 12 Kota Bekasi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis korelasi product moment, populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa di SMK Negeri 12 Kota Bekasi Jurusan TPGM yang berjumlah 164 siswa. Metode pengambilang sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yang didapat berjumlah 34 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan observasi. Untuk mengetahui besarnya koefisien hubungan atau korelasi sebesar 0.532 berarti self regulated learning memiliki hubungan dengan employability skills sebesar 28,3%. Dengan kata lain self regulated learning memiliki kontribusi korelaso 28,3% terhadap employability skills siswa jurusan TPGM SMK Negeri 12 Kota Bekasi, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain. The aim of this research is to gain precise and reliable knowledge about relationships Self Regulated Learning with employability skills for Students in Teknik Perancangan dan Gambar Mesin (TPGM) studies major at State Vocational School 12, Bekasi City. The type of research used is a quantitative method with correlation analysis techniques product moment, The population in this study were all students at SMK Negeri 12 Bekasi City, TPGM Department, totaling 164 students. Method Recruitment samples using the technique purposive sampling the number of students obtained was 34 students. Data collection techniques use questionnaires and observation. To find out the magnitude of the relationship or correlation coefficient of 0.532, it means self regulated learning have a relationship with employability skills amounting to 28.3%. In other words self regulated learning have a contribution correlation 28.3% against employability skills students majoring in TPGM State Vocational School 12 Bekasi City, while the rest are influenced by other factors.
