Abstract

Keterampilan gerak dasar adalah keterampilan motorik dasar yang dimiliki oleh manusia, seperti keterampilan berjalan, berlari, melompat, melempar, menangkap, dan berputar dimana keterampilan ini merupakan fondasi penting bagi anak dalam kemampuan motorik yang lebih kompleks di masa depannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan aktivitas jasmani senam kreasi yang dapat menstimulasi keterampilan gerak dasar lokomotor, non lokomotor, dan manipulatif anak usia 5-6 tahun. Pengembangan gerakan senam kreasi ini memiliki manfaat yang berkaitan dengan keterampilan gerak dasar yaitu untuk melatih keseimbangan, mengatur pernapasan, serta menstimulasi otot dada, lengan, paha, dan tungkai yang disesuaikan dengan capaian perkembangan anak usia 5-6 tahun. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) yang didapatkan melalui instrument kuesioner untuk ulasan ahli dan instrument evaluasi untuk pengguna yaitu anak usia 5-6 tahun. Hasil uji validitas produk oleh dua ahli materi mendapatkan nilai akhir sebesar 95%. Hasil uji validitas produk oleh ahli gymnastic/senam mendapatkan nilai akhir sebesar 82%. Hasil uji kelayakan produk pada anak usia 5-6 tahun menghasilkan nilai sebesar 87%. Hasil penelitian meunjukkan bahwa senam kreasi memenuhi syarat, dikarenakan senam kreasi AHARIA mudah ditirukan dengan simulasi gerakan yang telah digambarkan pada buku pedoman. Aktivitas jasmani senam kreasi secara praktis dapat digunakan sebagai kegiatan pembelajaran motorik kasar untuk guru sebagai kegiatan yang variatif. ***** Basic motor skills are fundamental abilities possessed by humans, including walking, running, jumping, throwing, catching, and turning skills. These skills serve as a crucial foundation for children's development of more complex motor skills in the future. The objective of this research is to create creative gymnastics physical activities that can enhance basic locomotor, non-locomotor, and manipulative movement skills in children aged 5-6 years. The development of creative gymnastics movements offers benefits associated with basic movement skills. The development of this creative gymnastic movement has benefits related to basic movement skills, namely to train balance, regulate breathing, and stimulate chest, arm, thigh, and leg muscles that are adjusted to the developmental achievements of children aged 5-6 years. This research follows the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) development model. The model was implemented using a questionnaire instrument for expert review and an evaluation instrument for users, specifically children aged 5-6 years. The product's validity test, conducted by two material experts, resulted in a final score of 95%. The validity test by gymnastics/exercise experts yielded a final score of 82%. Product feasibility test results on children aged 5-6 years produced a score of 87%. The results showed that creative gymnastics meets the requirements, because AHARIA creative gymnastics is easily imitated by simulating movements that have been described in the guidebook. This physical activity can be practically employed as a gross motor learning activity for teachers, offering a diverse range of activities.
