Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan mengenai pengimplementasian serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat program sosialisasi penginputan data KB melalui Website New SIGA terhadap Bidan di wilayah Jakarta Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan sosialisasi cukup menarik serta menimbulkan rasa penasaran untuk diikuti bagi peserta sosialisasi dikarenakan manfaat yang didapat dari sosialisasi tersebut berhubungan langsung dengan pekerjaan peserta. Faktor pendukung dalam sosialisasi ini adalah adanya dukungan dari berbagai pihak terkait seperti kepala dinas, kepala bidang, kepala sudin, dan kepala seksi. Selain itu, sarana dan prasarana yang disediakan sudah cukup memadai untuk menunjang kelancaran pelaksanaan program sosialisasi penginputan data KB. Sedangkan faktor penghambatnya adalah kurangnya SDM yang melakukan input, penyesuaian jadwal pemateri dan peserta, dan juga dari internet serta ketahanan Website New SIGA itu sendiri. ***** The purpose of this study was to determine and describe the implementation and supporting and inhibiting factors of the socialization program for inputting family planning data through the New SIGA Website for midwives in the North Jakarta area. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The data collection techniques used were observation, interview, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of socialization is quite interesting and raises curiosity to be followed for socialization participants because the benefits obtained from the socialization are directly related to the work of participants. The supporting factor in this socialization is the support from various related parties such as the head of department, head of field, head of sub-district, and head of section. In addition, the facilities and infrastructure provided are sufficient to support the smooth implementation of the socialization program for family planning data entry. While the inhibiting factors are the lack of human resources who do the input, the adjustment of the schedule of presenters and participants, and from the internet and the durability of the New SIGA Website itself.
