Abstract

IMPLEMENTASI PEMBERDAYAAN MASYARAKAT MELALUI BUDIDAYA LEBAH KLANCENG BINAAN CSR (Studi Deskriptif di PT. Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk Desa Pagardewa, Sumatera Selatan) (2024) Allyssa Maulida Azzahra ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui budidaya lebah klanceng binaan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) PT. Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk yang meliputi faktor pendukung dan penghambat, serta menjelaskan dampak budidaya lebah klanceng terhadap kehidupan masyarakat Desa Pagardewa, Sumatera Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif (deskriptif). Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah CSR PT PGN Stasiun Pagardewa, POKJA madu Koperasi Padetra Artomulyo, dan masyarakat Desa Pagar Dewa, Sumatera Selatan. Peneliti melakukan pengumpulan sumber data dengan teknik purposive sampling dan pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui dokumentasi, wawacara, dan observasi. Selanjutnya, teknik analisis data dilakukan melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Keabsahan data dilakukan dengan triangulasi sumber, triangulasi teknik, dan triangulasi teori. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Implementasi Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Melalui Budidaya Lebah Klanceng Binaan CSR PT PGN Stasiun Pagardewa dilakukan melalui tiga tahapan, yaitu: tahap penyadaran dan pembentukan perilaku sadar, tahap transformasi pengetahuan dan kecakapan keterampilan, dan tahap peningkatan kemampuan intelektual dan kecakapan keterampilan. Faktor pendukung pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui budidaya lebah klanceng meliputi adanya potensi masyarakat Desa Pagar Dewa, terdapat komunitas lebah di Sumatera Selatan, kondisi lingkungan Desa Pagar Dewa yang mendukung, serta adanya dukungan dari PT. Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk, dan pemerintah Desa Pagar Dewa, Sumatera Selatan. Sedangkan faktor penghambat adalah pemasaran, cuaca, dan iklim, pencurian, lokasi budidaya jauh dari pusat kota, dan beberapa masyarakat yang tidak punya vegetasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program ini telah memberikan dampak terhadap kehidupan, baik dari aspek sosial, ekonomi, dan lingkungan. Dampak sosial terlihat dari penguatan kapasitas kelembagaan kelompok, peningkatan kohesivitas kelompok, kontribusi pada peningkatan derajat kesehatan masyarakat karena penyediaan pangan sehat/madu, dan dampak ekonomi terlihat dari adanya sumber pendapatan kelompok berasal dari hasil penjualan madu. Kata Kunci: pemberdayaan, masyarakat, budidaya lebah klanceng. IMPLEMENTATION OF COMMUNITY EMPOWERMENT THROUGH CLANDESTINE BEEKEEPING UNDER CSR PROGRAM (Descriptive Study at PT. Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk in Pagardewa Village, South Sumatra) (2024) Allyssa Maulida Azzahra ABSTRACT This research aims to describe the implementation of community empowerment through the cultivation of stingless bees as part of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program of PT. Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk, encompassing supportive and inhibiting factors, and explaining the impact of stingless bee cultivation on the community life of Pagardewa Village, South Sumatra. This study employs a qualitative (descriptive) method. The subjects in this research are the CSR of PT PGN Pagardewa Station, the Honey Working Group of Padetra Artomulyo Cooperative, and the community of Pagardewa Village, South Sumatra. Data sources are collected using purposive sampling technique and data collection is conducted through documentation, interviews, and observations. Subsequently, data analysis is performed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Data validity is ensured through source triangulation, technique triangulation, and theory triangulation. The research findings indicate that the Implementation of Community Empowerment Through Stingless Bee Cultivation under CSR of PT PGN Pagardewa Station is carried out through three stages: awareness-raising and formation of conscious behavior, transformation of knowledge and skills, and enhancement of intellectual abilities and skills. Supporting factors for community empowerment through stingless bee cultivation include the potential of Pagardewa Village community, the presence of bee communities in South Sumatra, favorable environmental conditions in Pagardewa Village, and support from PT. Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk, and the government of Pagardewa Village, South Sumatra. Meanwhile, inhibiting factors include marketing, weather and climate, theft, remote cultivation locations from urban centers, and some communities lacking vegetation. The research findings demonstrate that this program has had an impact on life, both socially, economically, and environmentally. Social impacts are evident from the strengthening of institutional capacity within groups, increased group cohesion, contribution to improving community health due to the provision of healthy food/honey, and economic impacts are evident from the group's income source derived from honey sales.
