Abstract

Otomotif, yang telah beroperasi sejak tahun 2016. Pacie Airbrush salah satu penyedia jasa dalam seni custom airbrush dan lukisan full atau body parts untuk helm, mobil, motor, dan hal lainnya. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara, Pacie Airbrush mengalami kendala dalam hal visibilitas dan aksesibilitas informasi. Hal ini dikarenakan kurangnya informasi yang komprehensif dan terstruktur tentang layanan Pacie Airbrush, identitas perusahaan yang belum jelas, pengelompokan layanan belum optimal, akun Instagram belum memberikan gambaran tentang profil perusahaan, dan belum memiliki rancangan antamuka dan pengalaman pengguna company profile berbasis website. Penilitian dilakukan dengan metode Five Planes dengan tahapan, yaitu strategi plane, scope plane, structure plane, skeleton plane, dan surface plane. Hasil dari perancangan adalah prototipe high-fidelity yang dirancang menggunakan software Figma. Pengujian dilakukan kepada pengguna menggunakan User Acceptance Test (UAT), dan System Usability Scale (SUS), diperoleh hasil penilaian UAT sebesar 88,2% dengan keterangan Sangat Baik serta hasil penilaian SUS sebesar 85,75% dengan penilaian acceptable, tingkat penerimaan peringkat adjective, memperoleh nilai best imaginable, dan grade A+. Dengan hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa rancangan desain antarmuka dan pengalaman pengguna company profile Pacie Airbrush berbasis website dapat memudahkan pengembang untuk mengimplementasikan company profile Pacie Airbrush berbasis website. ***** Pacie Airbrush, a company specializing in automotive painting since 2016, offers a wide range of custom airbrushing and full or body part painting services for helmets, cars, motorcycles, and more. However, based on interviews, Pacie Airbrush faced challenges in terms of visibility and information accessibility. This was attributed to a lack of comprehensive and structured information about Pacie Airbrush's services, an unclear company identity, suboptimal service categorization, an Instagram account that did not adequately reflect the company's profile, and the absence of a website-based company profile interface and user experience design. The research was conducted using the Five Planes method with the following stages: strategy plane, scope plane, structure plane, skeleton plane, and surface plane. The result of the design was a high-fidelity prototype designed using Figma software. Usability testing was conducted with users employing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and the System Usability Scale (SUS). The results of the UAT evaluation were 88.2% with a rating of "Very Good", while the SUS evaluation score was 85.75% with an "Acceptable" rating, an "Adjective Rating" of "Best Imaginable", and an overall grade of A+. These results indicate that the design of the user interface and user experience for Pacie Airbrush's website-based company profile will be easy for developers to implement.
