Abstract

*****ABSTRAK***** Olahraga futsal merupakan aktivitas yang dilakukan dengan intensitas tinggi dan menyebabkan kelelahan. Namun, kelelahan jangka panjang akan meningkatkan kadar asam laktat pada atlet. Akibat dari penumpukan kadar asam laktat adalah kelelahan pada otot dan peningkatan risiko cedera. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan recovery massage gun dan ice bath terhadap penurunan kadar asam laktat pada tim futsal putri Netic Cibinong. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh atlet Netic Cibinong yang berjumlah 30 atlet. Setelah itu dilakukan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, dan didapat sampel sejumlah dengan kriteria 1. anggota tim futsal Netic Cibinong yang termasuk dalam squad kompetisi Liga Profesional tahun 2023/2024, 2. sudah mengikuti latihan selama 3 bulan, 3. dalam keadaan sehat, 4. mengikuti semua kegiatan penelitian, berjumlah sebanyak 20 sampel. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian two groups pretest - posttest design. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa recovery massage gun lebih efektif untuk penurunan kadar asam laktat pada tim futsal putri Netic Cibinong dibandingkan dengan recovery ice bath karena terdapat penurunan pada kelompok recovery massage gun sebesar 4,15 mmol/L dan kelompok recovery ice bath sebesar 4,12 mmol/L. Dari kedua kelompok tersebut terdapat perbedaan 0,03 didapat hasil uji t hitung sebesar -0,01 dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 1,734. Karena nilai t hitung < t tabel atau -0,01 < 1,734, maka H0 diterima, yaitu ada perbedaan yang tidak signifikan antara kelompok recovery massage gun dan kelompok recovery ice bath untuk penurunan kadar asam laktat pada tim futsal Netic Cibinong. However, long-term fatigue will increase lactic acid levels in athletes. The result of the accumulation of lactic acid levels is muscle fatigue and an increased risk of injury. This study aims to determine the effect of using a recovery massage gun and ice bath on reducing lactic acid levels in the Netic Cibinong women's futsal team. This study uses an experimental method. The population in this study were all Netic Cibinong athletes totaling 30 athletes. After that, sampling was carried out using a purposive sampling technique, and samples were obtained with the criteria 1. Members of the Netic Cibinong Futsal team who are included in the 2023/2024 Professional League competition squad, 2. Have participated in training for 3 months, 3. In good health, 4. Participate in all research activities, totaling 20 samples. This study uses a two groups pretest - posttest design. The results of this study indicate that Recovery Massage Gun is more effective for reducing lactic acid levels in the Netic Cibinong women's futsal team compared to Recovery Ice Bath because there was a decrease in the recovery massage gun group by 4.15 mmol/L and the recovery ice bath group by 4.12 mmol/L. From the two groups there was a difference of 0.03 obtained the results of the t-test of -0.01 with a significant value of 1.734. Because the t-value <t table or -0.01 <1.734, then H0 is accepted, namely there is an insignificant difference between the recovery massage gun group and the recovery ice bath group for reducing lactic acid levels in the Netic Cibinong futsal team.
