Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui landasan, implementasi, dan kondisi kesejahteraan anggota dalam implementasi Program Kampung Sedekah pada warga RW 007 Kelurahan Ciracas Jakarta Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini terbagi menjadi dua, yaitu sumber data primer yang terdiri dari informan anggota aktif/kencleng, key informan Ketua Srikandi KS 007 dan founder Yayasan Kampung Sedekah Indonesia, informan pendukung non-anggota dan pemangku wilayah. Sedangkan sumber data sekunder terdiri dari artikel jurnal, buku, data arsip, dan dokumentasi. Adapun proses pengambilan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa landasan Program Kampung Sedekah sudah sesuai dengan nilai-nilai dan prinsip civil society organization sebagai berikut: Pertama, solusi dari kompleksitas multidimensional. Kedua, membangun kemandirian wilayah. Ketiga, menumbuhkan pola pembiasaan bersedekah. Keempat, menjadikan program Kampung Sedekah sebagai lembaga filantropi. Kemudian diimplementasikan sebagai berikut: Pertama, melaksanakan program sesuai kebutuhan. Kedua, memberikan kesempatan dan kepercayaan secara merata. Ketiga, memberikan pendampingan berjenjang. Keempat, memperkuat dukungan moral antar fungsionaris. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh bahwa Program Kampung Sedekah merupakan program yang efektif dalam meningkatkan potensi dan taraf hidup yang lebih sejahtera dengan gerakan kemandirian wilayah sebagai upaya untuk mengurangi kemiskinan (harta dan mental). Kata Kunci: Implementasi, Program Pemberdayaan, Kampung Sedekah, Kesejahteraan, Anggota, Masyarakat ***** The purpose of this study is to determine the foundation, implementation, and conditions of member welfare in the implementation of the Alms Village Program for RW 007 residents of Ciracas Village, East Jakarta. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The data sources in this study are divided into two, namely primary data sources consisting of active member/encleng informants, key informants of the Head of Srikandi KS 007 and founder of the Kampung Sedekah Indonesia Foundation, non-member supporting informants and regional stakeholders. Meanwhile, secondary data sources consist of journal articles, books, archival data, and documentation. The data collection process is through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings of this study indicate that the foundation of the Alms Village Program is in accordance with the values and principles of civil society organizations as follows: First, the solution to multidimensional complexity. Second, building regional independence. Third, fostering a pattern of habituation to almsgiving. Fourth, making the Alms Village program a philanthropic institution. Then it is implemented as follows: First, implementing the program as needed. Second, providing opportunities and trust equally. Third, providing tiered assistance. Fourth, strengthening moral support between functionaries. The conclusion obtained is that the Alms Village Program is an effective program in increasing the potential and standard of living that is more prosperous with the regional independence movement as an effort to reduce poverty (wealth and mental).
