Abstract

*****ABSTRAK***** Tujuan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1). Hubungan Daya Ledak Otot Lengan dengan Hasil Tolakan Tolak Peluru, 2). Hubungan Konsentrasi dengan Hasil Tolakan Tolak Peluru, 3). Hubungan Daya Ledak Otot Lengan dan Konsentrasi dengan Hasil Tolakan Tolak Peluru. Pengajuan judul dilakukan pada bulan September tahun 2023 serta pengambilan dan pengolahan data dilaksanakan sampai dengan Januari 2024 yang bertempatan di Stadion Atletik Rawamangun dan Ruang Kelas Gedung C. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian korelasi dengan studi kuantitatif. Penelitian ini bersifat korelasional yaitu untuk mengetahui seberapa besar hubungan antara variabel. Populasi penelitian ini adalah Mahasiwa Aktif KOP Atletik UNJ yang berjumlah 60 orang, dan sampelnya berjumlah 30 orang dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen tes power daya ledak otot lengan menggunakan tes Two Hand Medicine Ball Throw. Lalu untuk Pengukuran konsentrasi menggunakan Concentration Grid test dan Pengukuran hasil tolak peluru menggunakan tes tolak peluru. Teknik analisis statistik yang digunakan adalah mencari persamaan regresi sederhana dan berganda, menghitung koefisien korelasi sederhana dan berganda, uji keberartian menggunakan F hitung,menghitung koefisien determinasi berganda. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa 1). Terdapat hubungan berarti antara daya ledak otot lengan (X1) dengan hasil tolakan tolak peluru (Y) yang dinyatakan oleh regresi Ŷ = -0,738 + 1,176 X1. dengan koefesien korelasi ry₁ = 0,738 dan Koefesien determinasi sebesar 54,4% 2). Terdapat hubungan berarti antara konsentrasi (X2) dengan hasil tolakan tolak peluru (Y) dinyatakan oleh regresi Ŷ = 1,674 + 0,190X₂. dengan koefesien korelasi ry2 = 0,606 dan koefesien determinasi sebesar 36,8% 3). Terdapat hubungan berarti antara daya ledak otot lengan (X1) antara konsentrasi (X2) dengan hasil tolakan tolak peluru (Y) dinyatakan oleh regresi Ŷ = -1,679 + 0,976 X1 + 0,134X₂. dengan koefesien korelasi ry₁-₂ = 0,842 dan Koefesien determinasi sebesar 71%. The Relationship between Arm Muscle Explosiveness and Bullet Repulsion Results, 2). Relationship between Concentration and Bullet Rejection Results, 3). The Relationship between Arm Muscle Explosiveness and Concentration with Bullet Repulsion Results. Title submission was carried out in September 2023 and data collection and processing were carried out until January 2024 which was located at the Rawamangun Athletic Stadium and Building C Classroom. The research method used is a correlation research method with quantitative studies. This research is correlational, namely to find out how much the relationship between variables is. The population of this study is 60 active students of the UNJ Athletic KOP, and the sample is 30 people using the purposive sampling technique. The arm muscle explosive power test instrument uses the Two Hand Medicine Ball Throw test. Then for concentration measurement using the Concentration Grid test and Measuring bullet repellents using a bullet repelling test. The statistical analTysis techniques used are looking for simple and multiple regression equations, calculating simple and multiple correlation coefficients, meaning tests using F calculations, and calculating multiple determination coefficients. The results of data analysis show that 1). There is a significant relationship between the explosive power of the arm muscles (X1) and the result of the repulsion of the bullet (Y) expressed by the regression Ŷ = -0.738 + 1.176 X1. with the coefficient of the correlation ry₁ = 0.738 and the coefficient of determination by 54.4% 2). There is a significant relationship between the concentration (X2) and the result of the repulsion of the bullet (Y) expressed by the regression Ŷ = 1.674 + 0.190X₂. with a correlation coefficient of ry2 = 0.606 and a determination coefficient of 36.8% 3). There is a significant relationship between the explosive power of the arm muscles (X1) between the concentration (X2) and the result of the repulsion of the bullet (Y) expressed by the regression Ŷ = -1.679 + 0.976 X1 + 0.134X₂. with a coefficient of correlation ry₁-₂ = 0.842 and a coefficient of determination of 71%.
