Abstract

RW 01 di Kelurahan merupakan daerah rawan banjir yang terdiri dari wilayah terdampak langsung dan tidak terdampak langsung banjir, namun masyarakatnya memilih menetap. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat resiliensi masyarakat terhadap bencana banjir di RW 01 Kelurahan Pengadegan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu Kepala Keluarga pada RT terdampak langsung maupun tidak langsung banjir di RW 01 Kelurahan Pengadegan. Teknik pengambilan menggunakan proportional random sampling dan diperoleh 75 responden. Penilaian tingkat resiliensi dalam penelitian ini mencakup lima variabel, yaitu; fisik, sumber daya manusia, sumber daya alam, sosial, dan ekonomi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat resiliensi di RW 01 Kelurahan Pengadegan memiliki kategori sedang (0.60). Masing-masing wilayah di RW 01 Kelurahan Pengadegan terbagi menjadi dua kategori, yaitu resiliensi sedang dan resiliensi tinggi. Seluruh wilayah terdampak langsung banjir memiliki resiliensi dengan kategori tinggi secara berurutan, yaitu; RT 11, RT 08, RT 07, RT 06, RT 05. Sementara, seluruh wilayah yang tidak terdampak langsung banjir memiliki resiliensi dengan kategori sedang secara berurutan, yaitu: RT 02, RT 01, RT 03, RT 12, RT 09, RT 10, RT 04. Variabel yang memiliki indeks paling tinggi adalah sumber daya manusia dan sosial dengan kategori resiliensi tinggi. Variabel fisik, sumber daya alam, dan ekonomi termasuk dalam kategori resiliensi sedang. *********** RW 01 in Kelurahan is a flood-prone area consisting of regions that are both directly and indirectly affected by floods, yet the residents choose to stay. This study aims to analyze the community's resilience level to flood disasters in RW 01, Kelurahan Pengadegan. The method used in this research is quantitative. The population consists of heads of households in RTs affected both directly and indirectly by floods in RW 01, Kelurahan Pengadegan. The sampling technique used is proportional random sampling, resulting in 75 respondents. The assessment of resilience levels in this study includes five variables: physical, human resources, natural resources, social, and economic. The results indicate that the resilience level in RW 01, Kelurahan Pengadegan, falls into the medium category (0.60). Each area in RW 01, Kelurahan Pengadegan, is divided into two categories: medium resilience and high resilience. All areas directly affected by floods have high resilience, in order: RT 11, RT 08, RT 07, RT 06, RT 05. Meanwhile, all areas not directly affected by floods have medium resilience, in order: RT 02, RT 01, RT 03, RT 12, RT 09, RT 10, RT 04. The variables with the highest indices are human and social resources, categorized as high resilience. The physical, natural resources, and economic variables fall into the medium resilience category.
