Abstract

Smart garden merupakan teknologi yang berfungsi dan bermanfaat bagi petani dan pemilik tanaman agar dapat berkomunikasi langsung dengan tanamannya. Tanaman variegata memiliki tingkat kerentanan yang sangat tinggi seperti sangat mudah tua, sangat mudah rusak dan sangat mudah terbakar. kondisi lingkungan yang baik untuk tanaman hias monstera adansonii variegata adalah yang memiliki kelembaban media tanaman ideal, suhu sekitar 23-25 oC, sinar sekitar 30 – 40% dan kelembaban udara sekitar 60-80%. Penelitian ini menggunakan input berupa sensor soil moisture, DHT22, dan TEMT6000, menggunakan mikokontroler ESP32 sebagai perangkat proses, menggunakan pompa air mini, kipas 12VDC, mist maker, dan lampu sebagai output. Untuk monitoring pada rancang bangun dipasang LCD20x4, menggunakan aplikasi Blynk sebagai monitoring jarak jauh. Hasilnya menunjukan bahwa sistem smart garden dapat digunakan sebagai monitoring nilai kelembaban media tanam, suhu dan kelembaban udara, serta kondisi lampu pada rancang bangun rumah tanaman secara jarak jauh sesuai spesifikasi yang telah ditentukan. Selain itu, otomatisasi pompa, kipas, mist maker dan lampu juga dapat dilakukan dengan baik. Monitoring dapat dilakukan melalui aplikasi Blynk, dan jika kondisi tidak sesuai batas yang ditentukan maka aplikasi akan meberikan notifikasi ke smartphone pengguna. Dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan dan kesimpulan yang telah didapat, terdapat beberapa saran dari peneliti yaitu menggunakan sumber daya alternatif, penambahan aktuator dan sensor, pengembangan aplikasi selain Blynk, dapat dikembangkan melalui sistem database. ***** Smart garden is a technology that functions and is useful for farmers and plant owners to communicate directly with their plants. Variegata plants have a very high level of vulnerability such as very easily old, very easily damaged and very flammable. good environmental conditions for monstera adansonii variegata ornamental plants are those have ideal plant media moisture, temperatures around 23-25 oC, light around 30 - 40%, air humidity around 60-80%. This research uses inputs in the form of soil moisture sensors, DHT22, and TEMT6000, uses an ESP32 microcontroller as a process device, uses a mini water pump, 12VDC fan, mist maker, and lamp as output. To monitor the design, a 20x4 LCD is installed, using the Blynk application as remote monitoring. The results show that the smart garden system can be used to monitor the moisture value of the planting media, air temperature and humidity, and the condition of the lights in the plant house design remotely according to predetermined specifications. In addition, the automation of pumps, fans, mist makers and lights can also be done well. Monitoring can be done through the Blynk application, and if the condition does not match the specified limit then the application will give a notification to the user's smartphone. From the research that has been done and the conclusions that have been obtained, there are several suggestions from researchers, namely using alternative power sources, adding actuators and sensors, developing applications other than Blynk, can be developed through a database system.
