Abstract

Kota toleransi merupakan hal yang penting untuk dibangun, agar terciptanya motivasi serta kesadaran masyarakat untuk hidup rukun dan harmonis. Forum Kerukunan Umat Beragama merupakan sebuah Forum di masyarakat yang menjadi wadah sebagai tempat meluapkannya rasa toleransi dan juga berdialog utuk menjaga hubungan antar umat beragama. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dibuatnya skripsi ini untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana upaya yang dilakukan FKUB dalam membangun kota toleransi di kota Bekasi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam kurun waktu empat bulan yaitu terhitung dari bulan Maret hingga bulan Juni 2024 dengan beberapa narasumber yang telah diwawancarai secara mendalam yang berasal dari dua instansi dan satu tokoh agama. Hasil penelitian yang di dapa lalu dibagi menjadi tiga teori, diantaranya 1) Pre-emptif, membahas tentang program FKUB yang diangkat untuk mengedukasi masyarakat tentang pentingnya kerukunan antar umat beragama dan toleransi beragama, 2) Preventif, membahas tentang pelaksanaan program yang diguakan untuk menjaga serta mempertahankan hal-hal positif yang telah terjadi di kota Bekasi yang dilakukan oleh FKUB kota Bekasi, 3) Represif, membahas tentang bagaimana langkah penyelesaian masalah jika terjadi suatu konflik yang dinilai intoleran. ***** A city of tolerance is an important thing to be built, in order to create motivation and community awareness to live in harmony and harmony. The Religious Harmony Forum is a forum in the community that is a forum for the expression of tolerance and dialogue to maintain relations between religious communities. Therefore, the purpose of making this thesis is to describe how the efforts made by FKUB in building a city of tolerance in the city of Bekasi. This research was carried out over a period of four months, from March to June 2024 with several resource persons who had been interviewed in depth from two agencies and one religious figure. The results of the research were then divided into three theories, including 1) Pre-emptive, discussing the FKUB program which was raised to educate the public about the importance of inter-religious harmony and religious tolerance, 2) Preventive, discussing the implementation of programs used to maintain and maintain positive things that have happened in the city of Bekasi carried out by FKUB Bekasi city, 3) Repressive, discussing how to solve problems in the event of a conflict that is considered intolerant.
