Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi organisasi, supervisi akademik dan keasertifan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) guru SMP Negeri Kota Bogor. Pada penelitian ini digunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei melalui pendekatan kausal, dan teknik analisis data dengan Structural Equation Modelling dengan menggunakan AMOS yang dilakukan kepada 255 guru ASN SMP Negeri Kota Bogor. Berdasarkan 9 hipotesis yang telah diuji pada penelitian ini, hasil menunjukkan bahwa seluruh hipotesis diterima yaitu, (1) komunikasi organisasi berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap organizational citizenship behavior; (2) supervisi akademik berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap organizational citizenship behavior; (3) keasertifan berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap organizational citizenship behavior; (4) komunikasi organisasi berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap keasertifan; (5) supervisi akademik berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap keasertifan; (6) komunikasi organisasi berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap supervisi akademik; (7) komunikasi organisasi berpengaruh tidak langsung positif terhadap organizational citizenship behavior melalui keasertifan; (8) supervisi akademik berpengaruh tidak langsung positif terhadap organizational citizenship behavior melalui keasertifan; (9) komunikasi organisasi berpengaruh tidak langsung positif terhadap organizational citizenship behavior melalui supervisi akademik. Diharapkan hasil penelitian menjadi bahan pertimbangan Dinas Kota Bogor untuk pengembangan profesionalisme guru di Kota Bogor. Dinas Pendidikan memberikan arahan secara rutin terkait supervisi akademik. Dinas Pendidikan harus memantau komunikasi sekolah antara kepala sekolah dan guru selain itu selalu mensosialisasikan terkait sikap afirmasi diri pada guru sebagai pendidik. Kata kunci: Komunikasi Organisasi, Supervisi Akademik, Keasertifan, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) This study was conducted to analyze the influence of organizational communication, academic supervision and assertiveness on teacher’s organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in Bogor City Public Junior High Schools. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method through a causal approach, and data analysis techniques with Structural Equation Modeling using AMOS conducted on 255 ASN teachers of SMP Negeri Kota Bogor. Based on 9 hypotheses that have been tested in this study, the results show that all hypotheses are accepted, namely, (1) organizational communication has a direct positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior; (2) academic supervision has a direct positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior; (3) assertiveness has a direct positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior; (4) organizational communication has a direct positive effect on assertiveness; (5) academic supervision has a positive direct effect on assertiveness; (6) organizational communication has a positive direct effect on academic supervision; (7) organizational communication has a positive indirect effect on organizational citizenship behavior through assertiveness; (8) academic supervision has a positive indirect effect on organizational citizenship behavior through assertiveness; (9) organizational communication has a positive indirect effect on organizational citizenship behavior through academic supervision. It is expected that the results of the research will be taken into consideration by the Bogor City Education department for the development of teacher professionalism in Bogor City. Education Department provides regular guidance on academic supervision. The Education Department must monitor school communication between principals and teachers and also always socialize related to self-affirmation to teachers as an educators.
