Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis Teknik shooting kaki bagian dalam pada siswa SSB Pondok Bambu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode statistic deskriptif. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SSB Pondok Bambu usia 14 tahun. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 10 siswa. Fokus objek penelitian ini pada kecepatan kaki dan bola, kaki tumpu dan sudut elevasi. Dari hasil penelitian ini, ditemukan bahwa nilai rata-rata kecepatan kaki saat menendang bola sebesar 0,12m/s, sedangkan nilai rata-rata kecepatan bola sebesar 1,39m/s. Selanjutnya, hasil dari pengukuran rata-rata sudut elevasi sebesar 13,6 ˚. Berdasarkan hasil pengukuran kaki tumpu yang mana terdapat 5 faktor yaitu Swingkaki kanan dengan rata-rata 71 ˚, kaki tumpu sebelum impact dengan rata-rata 125,7 ˚, kaki impact dengan rata-rata 128,7 ˚, pada kaki tumpu setelah impact dengan rata-rata 122,4 ˚,jarak kaki ke bola rata-rata 70,6cm . **** The aim of this research is to analyze, the inner leg shooting technique of SSB Pondok Bambu Students. This research uses descriptive statistical methods. The subjects in this research are SSB Pondok Bambu Students ages 14 years. The sample in this study was 10 students. The focus of this research object is on foot and ball speeds, foot support and elevation angle. From the results of the research , it was found that the average value of foot speed when kicking the ball speed was 0.12m/s, while the average value of ball speeds was 1.39m/s.Futhermore, the results of the measurements mean the elevation angle is 13.6 ˚. Based on the results of measuring the support leg, there are 5 faktors, namely right leg Swingwith an average 71 ˚, support leg before impact with an average of 125,7 ˚, impact leg with an average of 128,7 ˚, support leg after impact with an average of 122,4 ˚ foot distance to the ball average of 70,6cm.
