Abstract

Penelitian ini secara garis besar memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui model partisipasi organisasi lokal dalam program pembangunan dalam Carik Jakarta. Adanya program pendataan Carik Jakarta yang dibentuk sejak tahun 2019 dengan tujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi dan data keluarga demi mewujudkan pembangunan yang partisipatif di mana masyarakat ikut serta sebagai subjek dari pembangunan tersebut menjadi satu hal yang perlu diketahui proses pelaksanaannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif berupa wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis model pembangunan partisipatif dalam organisasi lokal. Wawancara dilakukan dengan menghadirkan empat narasumber yaitu Koordinator Kader Dasawisma Sungai Bambu, Kader Dasawisma Sungai Bambu, satu Ketua RT di lingkungan Sungai Bambu, dan PIC Dasawisma Sungai Bambu. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu teori Pembangunan Partisipatif, konsep program pendataan Carik Jakarta dan teori Organisasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan pendataan yang dilakukan oleh Kader Dasawisma membawakan hasil yang menunjukkan pengaruh positif adanya pendataan yang dilakukan oleh para Kader Dasawisma. Pelaksanaan program tersebut berjalan dengan baik dan sistematis. Pendataan yang sudah baik ditambahkan dengan pelayanan yang maksimal. Secara garis besar program pendataan Carik Jakarta sudah membantu masyarakat dari segi legalitas, fisik (kesehatan) dan ekonomi. ***** This study broadly aims to find out the model of participation of local organizations in development programs in Carik Jakarta. The existence of the Carik Jakarta data collection program which was formed in 2019 to obtain information and family data to realize participatory development in which the community participates as the development subject is one thing that needs to be known about the implementation process. This study uses a qualitative research method with descriptive research types in the form of interviews, observations and documentation studies. This study was conducted to analyze the participatory development model in local organizations. The interview was conducted by presenting four speakers, namely the Coordinator of Dasawisma Sungai Bambu, Dasawisma Sungai Bambu Cadre, one Chairman of RT in the Sungai Bambu environment, and PIC Dasawisma Sungai Bambu. The theories used in this study are the theory of Participatory Development, the concept of the Carik Jakarta data collection program and the theory of Organization. The results of this study show that the implementation of data collection carried out by Dasawisma Cadres brings results that show the positive influence of data collection carried out by Dasawisma Cadres. The implementation of the program went well and systematically. Good data collection is added with maximum service. The Carik Jakarta data collection program has helped the community regarding legality, physical (health) and economy.
