Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kepuasan pengunjung prosesi upacara adat seren taun di Kasepuhan Sinar Resmi ditinjau dari indikator kepuasan pengunjung dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pengunjung saat mereka menyaksikan upacara adat seren taun. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Pengumpulan data penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Desember 2023 sampai Juni 2024. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi melalui perspektif pengunjung dan ketua adat Kasepuhan Sinar Resmi serta masyarakat adat Kasepuhan Sinar Resmi. Informan dipilih dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengunjung yang menyaksikan upacara adat seren taun mengalami kepuasan yang mendalam karena sebagian besar pengunjung menilai positif seluruh indikator kepuasan dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan yang membuat pengunjung dapat merasakan kedalaman spiritual dan kekayaan budaya dalam upacara adat seren taun yang disaksikannya. Aspek-aspek tersebut dirasakan oleh individu pengunjung yang menyaksikan upacara adat seren taun agar meningkatkan kepuasan yang dirasakan. ***** This study aims to analyze visitor satisfaction of the seren taun traditional ceremony procession at Kasepuhan Sinar Resmi in terms of visitor satisfaction indicators and factors that influence visitor satisfaction when they witness the seren taun traditional ceremony. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection for this research was conducted in December 2023 until June 2024. Data collection using in-depth interviews and documentation through the perspectives of visitors and the customary leader of Kasepuhan Sinar Resmi and the indigenous people of Kasepuhan Sinar Resmi. ***** Informants were selected using purposive sampling. The results showed that visitors who witnessed the seren taun traditional ceremony experienced deep satisfaction because most visitors positively assessed all indicators of satisfaction and factors affecting satisfaction which made visitors able to feel the spiritual depth and cultural richness in the seren taun traditional ceremony they witnessed. These aspects are felt by individual visitors who witness the seren taun traditional ceremony in order to increase their perceived satisfaction.
