Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran mediasi Perceived Ease of Use (persepsi kemudahan penggunaan) pada Positive Attitude Towards Public Transportation (sikap positif terhadap transportasi publik) dan Negative Attitude Towards Public Transportation (sikap negatif terhadap transportasi publik) dalam memprediksi Passenger Loyalty (loyalitas penumpang) pengguna KRL Commuter Line Jabodetabek. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan analisis mediasi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen Measure Passenger Loyalty to Public Transport Modes, Measure Attitude to Public Transit (ATT), dan Measure Perceived Ease of Use. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yang dilakukan secara online dan diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 352 pekerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat pengaruh mediasi sempurna (perfect mediation) dari peran mediasi perceived ease of use pada positive attitude towards public transportation terhadap passenger loyalty dan terdapat pengaruh mediasi parsial dari peran mediasi perceived ease of use pada negative attitude towards public transportation terhadap passenger loyalty. ***** The purpose of this study is to determine the mediating role of Perceived Ease of Use on Positive Attitude Towards Public Transportation and Negative Attitude Towards Public Transportation in predicting Passenger Loyalty of KRL Commuter Line Jabodetabek users. This research uses quantitative methods with mediation analysis. The data collection technique uses Measure Passenger Loyalty to Public Transport Modes, Measure Attitude to Public Transit (ATT), and Measure Perceived Ease of Use instruments. The sampling used purposive sampling technique conducted online and obtained a sample size of 352 workers. The results showed that there was a perfect mediation effect of the mediating role of perceived ease of use on positive attitude towards public transportation on passenger loyalty and there was a partial mediating effect of the mediating role of perceived ease of use on negative attitude towards public transportation on passenger loyalty.
