Abstract

Saat melakukan kegiatan stuffing in, muncul beberapa masalah yang dapat menghambat kegiatan pemuatan barang kedalam container sehingga hal tersebut dapat merugikan perusahaan. Sehingga Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh aspek penghambat tersebut seperti faktor alam, proses pemuatan dan kapasitas depo dalam kegiatan stuffing in di depo peti kemas PT Sarana Bandar Nasional cabang Tanjung Priok. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan statistik deskriptif maupun inferensial dengan analisis data menggunakan teknik regresi linear berganda. Sampel yang digunakan adalah stakeholder yang bekerja dalam kegiatan stuffing in dengan jumlah 53 sampel. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa faktor alam memberikan pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kelancaran pemuatan barang pada saat kegiatan stuffing in dengan koefisien 0,314, begitupun proses pemuatan dengan koefisien 0,427, serta kapasitas dengan koefisien 0,390, hal tersebut juga sejalan dengan uji statistik hipotesis dalam penelitian ini yaitu dalam uji t dengan nilai t hitung > t tabel maupun signifikansi < 0,05 dengan hasil 3,905, 2,982, 2,677 > 2,00958 serta 0,000, 0,04 dan 0,010 < 0,05 lalu uji F dengan nilai F hitung > F tabel maupun signifikansi < 0,05 dengan hasil 57,335 > 2,794 serta 0,000 < 0,05. Artinya adanya pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan dari aspek penghambat tersebut yang dimana jika aspek tersebut dapat di atasi maka kelancaran pemuatan barang dapat berjalan secara optimal. ********** When carrying out stuffing in activities, several problems arise that can hinder the activity of loading goods into containers so that this can be detrimental to the company. So this research aims to analyze the influence of inhibiting aspects such as natural factors, loading processes and depot capacity in stuffing in activities at the PT Sarana Bandar Nasional Tanjung Priok branch container depot. The research method used in this research is a quantitative method with a descriptive and inferential statistical approach with data analysis using multiple linear regression techniques. The samples used were stakeholders who worked in stuffing in activities with a total of 53 samples. Data collection uses questionnaires, observations and interviews. The research results show that natural factors have a positive and significant influence on the smooth loading of goods during stuffing in activities with a coefficient of 0.314, as well as the loading process with a coefficient of 0.427, and capacity with a coefficient of 0.390. This is also in line with the statistical test of the hypothesis in this research namely in the t test with calculated t values > t tabel and significance < 0.05 with results of 3.905, 2.982, 2.677 > 2.00958 and 0.000, 0.04 and 0.010 < 0.05 then F test with calculated F values > F tabel and significance < 0.05 with results of 57.335 > 2.794 and 0.000 < 0.05. This means that there is a positive and significant influence from these inhibiting aspects, where if these aspects can be overcome then the smooth loading of goods can run optimally.
