Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya minat berwirausaha di kalangan siswa SMKN 51 Jakarta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengetahuan kewirausahaan, motivasi berprestasi, dan efikasi diri terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa SMKN 51 Jakarta. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X SMKN 51 Jakarta. Berdasarkan rumus Slovin dengan tingkat kesalahan sebesar 5%, didapatkan sampel sejumlah 180 responden. Penelitian kuantitatif ini menggunakan metode survey dengan kuesioner sebagai instrumen pengumpulan data. Untuk pengelohan data, penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner type form dengan pengukuran skala likert 1-5. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan tools pada program aplikasi statistika yaitu Statistical Product and Service Solusions (SPSS) versi 27. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa uji Hipotesis terdiri dari Uji F dan Uji t. Berdasarkan perbandingan F-hitung dan F-Tabel menggunakan table ANOVA, diperoleh F hitung 213,073 > 2,66. Artinya terdapat pengaruh secara bersamaan antara Pengetahuan Kewirausahaan (X1), Motivasi Berprestasi (X2), dan Efikasi Diri (X3) terhadap Minat Berwirausaha (Y). Hasil Uji t untuk Pengetahuan Kewirausahaan (X1) -0,547 < 1,973, Motivasi Berprestasi (X2) 2,405 > 1,973, dan Efikasi Diri (X3) 24,650 > 1,973. Analisis Koefisien Determinasi (R2) dengan hasil sebesar 0,784 yang bermakna 78% beriabelitas variabel Minat Berwirausaha dapat dijelaskan oleh Pengetahuan Kewirausahaan, Motivasi Berprestasi, dan Efikasi Diri. Sedangkan sisanya 22% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurial knowledge, achievement motivation, and self-efficacy on entrepreneurial interest of students of SMKN 51 Jakarta. The population in this study were students of class X SMKN 51 Jakarta. Based on the Slovin formula with an error rate of 5%, a sample of 180 respondents was obtained. This quantitative research uses a survey method with a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. For data processing, this study used a form type questionnaire with a Likert scale measurement of 1-5. The collected data were analyzed using tools in the statistical application program, namely Statistical Product and Service Solusions (SPSS) version 27. The results showed that the Hypothesis test consisted of F-test and t-test. Based on the comparison of F-count and F-table using the ANOVA table, it was obtained that F-count was 213.073> 2.66. This means that there is a simultaneous influence between Entrepreneurial Knowledge (X1), Achievement Motivation (X2), and Self-Efficacy (X3) on Entrepreneurial Interest (Y). The t test results for Entrepreneurship Knowledge (X1) -0.547 < 1.973, Achievement Motivation (X2) 2.405 > 1.973, and Self-Efficacy (X3) 24.650 > 1.973. Analysis of the Coefficient of Determination (R2) with the results of 0.784 which means 78% berabelitas Entrepreneurial Interest variables can be explained by Entrepreneurial Knowledge, Achievement Motivation, and Self-Efficacy.
