Abstract

Kebakaran hutan dan lahan di Kabupaten Rokan Hulu memerlukan pemetaan tingkat bahaya kebakaran secara spesifik, karena pada wilayah Kabupaten Rokan Hulu memiliki areal kebakaran pada perbukitan, yang berakibat pada sulitya penanggulangan kebakaran. Data kebakaran hutan pada Kabupaten Rokan Hulu hanya berupa titik api, sehingga dibutuhkanya pemetan lahan yang terjadi kebakaran, serta dapat melakukan upaya pencegahan dan tindakan penanganan pasca kebakaran hutan dan lahan di Indonesia terutama pada daerah-daerah yang rawan perlu mendapat perhatian khusus, untuk mencegah kerugian yang lebih besar lagi. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengidentifikasi tingkat bahaya kebakaran di Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. Metode untuk penelitian ini menggunakan weighted overlay dengan menggabungkan tiga parameter yaitu curah hujan, tutupan lahan, dan jenis tanah. Kemudian hasil dari 3 parameter yang sudah melalui metode weighted overlay di validasi dengan peta hotspot. Data yang di dapatkan di peroleh menggunakan data sekunder dari USGS, CHIRPS, Kementerian pertanian, dan BIG. Dari pengamatan penginderaan jauh ini menghasilkan peta bahaya tingkat kebakaran yang dapat di lihat pada peta tingkat bahaya kebakaran dengan hasil kecamatan Bonai Darussalam memiliki tingkat bahaya paling luas dan indeks tinggi dengan luas 48710.28 Ha atau setara 7,1% dari luas total. Kemudian disusul Kecamatan Kunto Darussalam dengan luas 6151.26 Ha atau setara 0,9% dari luas total. Dengan curah hujan pada dua Kecamatan tersebut berkisar 1500-3000 mm yang termasuk sedang dan jenis tutupan lahan tegalan terbuka dengan tanah gambut. Meanwhile, data on forest fires in Rokan Hulu Regency is only in the form of hotspots, so there is a need to map land where fires have occurred, as well as to be able to carry out prevention efforts and post-management actions for forest and land fires in Indonesia, especially in areas that are prone to receiving special attention, to prevent even greater loss. The aim of the research is to identify the level of fire danger in Rokan Hulu Regency. The method for this research uses a weighted overlay by combining three parameters, namely rainfall, land cover and soil type. Then the results of the 3 parameters that have gone through the weighted overlay method are validated with a hotspot map. The data obtained was obtained using secondary data from USGS, CHIRPS, Ministry of Agriculture, and BIG. From these remote sensing observations, a fire hazard map was produced which can be seen in the fire hazard map with the results that the Bonai Darussalam sub-district has the widest hazard level and high index with an area of 48710.28 Ha or the equivalent of 7.1% of the total area. Then followed by Kunto Darussalam District with an area of 6151.26 Ha or the equivalent of 0.9% of the total area. With rainfall in the two sub- districts ranging from 1500-3000 mm which is considered moderate and the type of land cover is open moorland with peat soil.
