Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Apakah Mental Health And High School Curriculum Guide mampu meningkahkan literasi kesehatan mental siswa di SMAN 19 Jakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan desain nonequivalent control group design. Subjek penelitian ini merupakan siswa kelas 10 berdasarkan hasil skrining sijiwa. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini untuk melihat tingkat literasi kesehatan mental menggunakan Mental Health Literacy Questionnaire (MHLQ) yang berjumlah 33 Item pernyataan yang sudah diuji validitas dan reliabilitas. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan uji sample independent T-test. Dari hasil analisis yang diperoleh Nilai Sig. (2-tailed) 0,000 > 0,05 yang artinya H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima, sehingga terdapat peningkatan literasi kesehatan mental dengan menggunakan Mental Health and High School Curriculum Guide di SMAN 19 Jakarta. ***** The purpose of this study was to assess the impact of the Mental Health and High School Curriculum Guide on students' mental health literacy at SMAN 19 Jakarta. Using an experimental approach with a nonequivalent control group, 10th-grade students were selected based on mental health screening. The data was collected using the Mental Health Literacy Questionnaire (MHLQ) with 33 validated and reliable statement items. Data analysis, including an independent sample T-test, revealed a significant increase in mental health literacy at SMA Negeri 19 Jakarta using the Mental Health and High School Curriculum Guide. This underscores the importance of integrating this guide into the school curriculum to enhance student's mental health literacy.
