Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini dapat membantu untuk memecahkan kelemahan-kelemahan dalam latihan keterampilan tendangan dwi chagi. Juga dapat memberikan manfaat teoritis dalam latihan tendangan dwi chagi serta manfaat praktis bagi peneliti, lembaga, pelatih, atlet, dan pembaca umum. Peneliti dalam penulisan ini mengerjakan pengembangan model mencoba membuat dan berinovasi pada desain model latihan kecepatan reaksi berbasis electronic body reaction yang sudah ada atau baru untuk memecahkan suatu masalah. Seperti halnya latihan tendangan dwi chagi, penelitian dan pengembangan (Research & Development) akan menghasilkan produk model latihan kecepatan reaksi berbasis electronic body reaction pada latihan keterampilan tendangan dwi chagi bagi atlet taekwondo usia 14- 16 tahun. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk menghasilkan suatu tambahan baru dan bermanfaat bagi kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan di bidang taekwondo, khususnya dalam bidang latihan, biomekanik, dan fisiologi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode ADDIE, dalam penelitian ADDIE 5 tahapan yaitu analisis, desain, pengembangan model, implementasi dan evaluasi. Hasil penelitian menghasilkan produk yang berupa model latihan kecepatan reaksi tendangan dwi chagi berbasis electronic body reaction pada atlet taekwondo 14-16 tahun, yang dilakukan dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 30 atlet putra dan putri. Data dikumpulkan melalui kegiatan dokumentasi, wawancara, dan observasi. Analisis data dilakukan secar deskriptif. Hasil penelitian berupa buku model latihan kecepatan reaksi tendangan dwi chagi berbasis electronic body reaction. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa model latihan yang dilakukan dalam penelitian cukup efektif dakam penerapan dan pengembangan teknik tendangan dwi chagi. Kata Kunci: dwi chagi, electronic body reaction, kecepatan tendangan The purpose of this study is to help solve the weaknesses in the practice of dual chagi kick skills. It can also provide theoretical benefits in the practice of dual chagi kicks as well as practical benefits for researchers, institutions, coaches, athletes, and the general public. Researchers in this paper are working on model development, trying to create and innovate in the design of existing or new electronic body reaction-based reaction speed training models to solve a problem. As with the dual chagi kick exercise, research and development (Research & Development) will produce a reaction speed training model based on electronic body reaction in the dual chagi kick skill training for taekwondo athletes aged 14–16 years. This research is intended to produce a new and useful addition to the advancement of science in the field of taekwondo, especially in the fields of exercise, biomechanics, and physiology. This study uses the ADDIE method. In ADDIE research, there are five stages: analysis, design, model development, implementation, and evaluation. The results of the study produced a product in the form of a dual chagi kick reaction speed training model based on electronic body reaction in 14–16-year-old taekwondo athletes, which was carried out with a total of 30 male and female athletes. Data was collected through documentation, interviews, and observation activities. Data analysis was carried out in a descriptive manner. The results of the research are in the form of a model book for the speed of dual chagi kick reaction training based on electronic body reactions. Based on the results of the study, it is proven that the training model carried out in the research is quite effective in the application and development of the dual chagi kick technique.
